I think we should only bake it for 10 max since it’s very thin then turn off the oven and get the baking sheet out and lift off the parchment paper and leave to firm up to a crunchy texture keeping its color with no burnt edges. I would also loosely cover with foil or another parchment paper to prevent browning. Worth a try, really. I make cookies and always bake halfway through then turn the oven off and leave the door open abruptly to get rid of extra heat allowing cookies to build crispness but not too firm from the inside. Great method. Follow it, guys.
Hi Yvette I love all your recipes and videos But please edit this one for the coconut biscuits You have baking powder twice And I did not know if was cup or spoon to some of the measurement. What I did is look at your video. It came out very nice. I use more flour. Thank you for all the other videos.
The closest thing we make like this in Jamaica is donkey corn /jackass corn but make it into a harder dough, and roll then cut and bake, but in the end, it comes out hard like this
Hello 1/2 what of butter? 1/2 what of sugar? You listed 1/4 cup of all purpose flour but in the video it looks like you added 1 cup. Can you please update the ingredients list?

I would omit evaporated milk because the coconut already blended with water, the additional milk would make it looks too brown.
Do you put coconut water in it too ?😊
No my dear
All I want is one or two, that's all,is it too much to ask😁
it almost don next time .Next I will br making (Nuttin Biscuit) thanks for watching ❤
