Hello guys! My name is Jordan.
I'm a professional Dutch teacher from Rotterdam with a northern/standard accent (now living in Amsterdam).
With this podcast you can practice and learn Dutch through slow and easy short stories :)
This Podcast is for English speakers learning Dutch and starts at A1 level, so with a tiny bit of knowledge, you can already follow quite a bit!
In each episode I first tell the story in Dutch, then say each sentence in Dutch and translate it, and then the story in Dutch again a little faster.

Super episode! At first, I found the new English subtitles a bit confusing but after a few minutes I got used to it and it also helps understanding the Dutch word order better.

Thank you for another great video! I personally find it more helpful with the normal English subtitles (instead of the literal translation), as my goal is usually to understand the whole sentence and even if I want to know a certain word's translation, it's usually not too hard to find out.
Either way, I love this way of learning as I find it's way more natural than grammar, and therefore my brain just memorizes the new words much better
