  • 今天分享的是低脂健康的小糕点,用番薯和西米制作而成,晶莹剔透,软糯Q弹,非常的好吃,做法也非常的简单。
    主要食材:西米250克,紫薯100克,红薯100克,白糖60克,木薯淀粉30克。
    Today, we share a low-fat and healthy cake, which is made of sweet potato and sago. It's crystal clear and soft glutinous q-ball. It's very delicious and simple.
    Main ingredients: 250g sago, 100g purple potato, 100g sweet potato, 60g sugar, 30g cassava starch.

      @@YanPanslittlekitchen888 Understanding the process is necessary. While the ingredients are given in English, there are no longer English Captions, or subtitles, to follow along. And, while I absolutely love your channel, the point of it is to learn. All I have is my phone, no computer. I cannot speak any Mandarin, unfortunately. At my age, with my ailments, it is not practical to try to learn languages. And, I'm not just here to watch, but to learn more of the foods loved most.
      Please know, I love your channel and have followed you for quite some time. But, I cannot just watch aimlessly.

      @@YanPanslittlekitchen888 For over a month there is only Chinese subtitles in the options. Only your channel, too. I watch many. Other channels have English Subtitle options. Not yours anymore.
