I realize this is an old video, but wanted to say these are awesome wedges. I bought 56 and 52 wedge, both fantastic around the greens. Very nice quality as well… at a ridiculous low price.
Nice review Dave! I first got into Maltby because I just couldn't stomach dropping $150 for fresh grooves. Let's be real, wedge design doesn't change much year to year. I really enjoyed the M series before selling it to my brother. Now I'm on the FGT and am really enjoying them. I was very interested in the TSW when they first launched as well - excellent looking wedges which I'm sure will perform well. I will likely build a 54* and a 60* this off season. I appreciate your reviews! Nice to see the clubs in video and hear the testimonial. Well done.
Excellent review. Your spin numbers at moderate speed are impressive. The wedges look great and easy to play. Really like the rolled leading edge and sole.
Nice looking wedges do the faces have any extra spin milling like lets say a cleveland rtx because i have the Ts 1 irons 4 thur gap do they have the same faces like pitching and gap wedges?
Dave. Thanks for the review. Also these wedges can be bent to a couple of degrees flat. I do have a question. I notice you do like graphite shafts, but I have trouble loading enough weight into the shaft, with lead tape on the back of a club to bring up swing weights thru the set. Is there something you do in your build to bring weight up? Thanks Dave.
Yes, I prefer the TSW. I think it is more forgiving on full swings than the TS-1 GW. And if you will be doing any kinds of partial shots the TSW is more versatile. But they are both great options.
Considering getting some maltby wedges. In your opinion, rank the current maltby wedge offerings. I think I've seen 2 or 3 of your wedge videos and all are eagle ratings, so just curious how you would rank them.
Tough task! Of those I've rated, I would rate these first, then the fgt, then the M+. I use versions of all three for different reasons, but I think the TSW line is the nicest looking, most forgiving, and best performing by a slight margin.

These are my favorite wedges. Best of the Golfworks offerings in my opinion and can compete with the OEMs in looks and of course performance!
Thanks for the review. Reviews of custom clubs are few and far between.

Thanks! I absolutely love these wedges.
Beautiful wedges in both looks and functionality. I built a couple and they pair perfectly with my TS1 irons.
Mike, I agree. I really like their versatility and after a season in the bag they still look great!
Love the finish on those wedges!

Do you have any thoughts comparing the TSW 50 to the TS1 Gap in terms of full swings?

@@fit2yougolf926 Thanks so much man. Can't tell you how much I appreciate what you do on this channel.
