I remember watching this as a 10 year old back in 2011 and being one of the videos that got me interested in freeways and in your channel. Fast forward to 2022, watching this again and getting nostalgia. Love your channel and videos as it has always been! Hope everything is doing great for you!
hey there, yeah all is well! I've been very busy and haven't had time to work on any new videos, but the channel isn't dead, just dormant for now. I have footage for 600+ videos so there's plenty of stuff to work on whenever time frees up again for me. Cheers!
I remember watching this 10 years ago and thinking I must move to the Bay Area. Lo and behold, lived here 10 years of my life and rediscovered this. Thanks for inspiring what will be a big chunk of my adult life. Continue to think this is one of the best areas in the world to live in. No offense to anyone.
For sure, that's definitely one of my favorite stretches of freeway in Northern California, and a stretch I've been on, literally thousands of times. It never gets old, driving thru there.
Really enjoyed that. Impressive scenery and ramps. I've yet to drive further north into California than the Malibu area, but when I am in the US again in May I plan on exploring the north a little bit more and heading up to SF.
Freeways always give you a spectacular view of a city that city streets can't give. It's evidented on Interstate 5 in San Diego, Interstate 110 in Los Angeles, and certainly this freeway. Probably the best is seeing the massive skyline of New York City on Interstate 95 on the New Jersey turnpike from New Jersey.
Yeah. Despite the extreme budget woes that is plaguing California, there's a lot of really good projects that are being undertaken, right as I'm typing this.

Date : November 26, 2009 : Thursday
US 101 North CA 92 to San Francisco CA
The freeway through Potrero Hill is the most beautiful stretch; it's like a parkway!

Hey, thank you! Yes, it's always a joy to drive around Hospital Curve, and see downtown SF appear, right before your very eyes.
That was really good! Loved the I-280/US-101 interchange and the music worked especially well with the footage, 5*
Nice work. The view of the city at 5:20 was spetacular. 5 Stars!

Nice ride! You should have gone all the way through Van Ness, GGB and Marin to San Rafael, though.
I gotta say I like the regular road markings better than those Botts Dots.

No, thank *you* for watching, and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
great
A lot of roadwork going on in California these days? Where I'm from, that means it's almost election time :D
