I picked enough black berries today to make this, instead, I pureed it , added some apple sauce and made 9 trays of blackberry fruit leather. Yesterday was batch #1, I only had enough to make 4 trays and wow, are they ever good. So, next few days, I'll get out and pick more to get the wine going. Thank you.
Hi Luli! That exactly how I always made wine. My daughter and I was just cleaning out my basement last Saturday and I have a 5 gallon glass jug that I make wine in that was in the corner. My daughter said we can throw that away or use it for a change jug. I said no way, it’s hard to find those glass jugs anymore. My great grandfather made homemade wine.
I used to make muscadine wine, but used a balloon over the top.
I’m so glad your back, it’s really good to see a video from you. I hope you have a blessed day!
Thank you! A balloon is a great idea
Thanks
My Latvian mom made Current wine. It was delicious. She used the red berries. Made jam from black ones and just ate the champaine ones.
Awesome

Слава Богу!
Welcome back! I have just finished bottling some strawberry wine. The ingredients I used was freshly juiced strawberry, steep tea, lemon, raisins, sugar and country wine yeast from England. I am making cherry wine as well same ingredients but using juiced cherries. I am very interested in your method. I like to keep the wine as natural as possible. I wanted to ask you a question about deli style fermented dill pickles. I would like to can them once they are done , do I need to add vinegar? I think you have a video on this. Can you please link it or confirm you have a video on this? Have a great day tomorrow.

you may add an extra table spoon of vinegar to each quart just for more safety
Thanks so much
I would like to learn how to make Gee can you help? Hope your finished school soon
I will be making that video soon. Please stay tuned
Are you able to freeze the berries first? and Im assuming having them sit in vinegar water solution prior will not work? I will be picking a gallon bag every other day of blackberries
Care you able to store it in the fridge ?
@lulishomestead6767 I have limited fridge space.... but i have about 10 bags currently in the freezer. I make a lot of jam, but not enough to keep ahead. I am able to pick 3 Kilograms and put into fridge. Would I be able to mix frozen and fresh?
6.6 lbs …….see … I paid attention in class. 🤗
Lol!!!!!!!
