How to protect your baby from cough and cold

Babies and children get coughs and colds very frequently. They mostly resolve on their own but it can be very disturbing to watch your child struggle. There are some easy things you can do to protect your baby from coughs and colds. Breastfeed, get your baby immunized, wash your hands frequently and limit contact with people who have coughs and colds.

I can attest to the fact that exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months really prevent babies from catching coughs and cold.
