Yes, Mas mabilis po kung sa mga diversion dumaan sir, less traffic.
Pero kung bumayahe kaau ng 10pm from manila.avoid diversion nlng po dhil longcut po ang mga diversion road at maraming mga trucks na mkakasabay nyo.
