The Jinan After 6.3 Nerfs - How does the ship perform?

I am still testing all the changes from 6.3 and today I wanted to touch a little on the Jinan. Harbin and Jinan got hit the hardest, but Harbin is definitely the one that got hurt the most, Jinan though.... Still great
