Gave up Wot & Wows after 11 years. It changed from what it was, along with all WG's 'actions/inactions'. Don't miss it one bit. Hope you find something else. 🙏🙏

Happy players don't spend money. Pissed of players try to buy their way out of the problem. Or collectors. collerctors are stupid. I know. I was one. Good game play is not required for any of those player types. Actually it's probably a detrement in most games. Is much easier to make an addictive game than a good game. Wargaming knows this and listens...to what you spend money on. Nothing else.

Oct 2018 - Oct2024.... 6 full years and I called it quits couple of month back. Went back once during middle of Nov 2024 for a week or so and put the final nail in the coffin for myself. I played in the Asia server and the game's state is in shambles. No concern for veterans, only bothered about money and brining in more incompetence through money. RIP my WOWS Blitz gaming career.

From one sailor to another Bob, I salute you! Thank you for your time and efforts. I stepped away from the game for a few months this summer frustrated with all the disconnects and ridiculous bots. I was hopeful the last update would fix this, sadly it didn’t. I have been contemplating stepping away again. Today I played several rounds, wasted several salvos on bots doing unnatural moves, and was disconnected twice during battle. I decided then it’s time to step away again for a few weeks if not forever.

Dear Bob, firstly I want to thank for many hours of great fun in videos and life streams. Many things are at the point what you say. What I think is wrong, is that you are part of the problem. I believe in people’s free mind to make educated decisions when it comes to purchase ingame items. Maybe I see the whole thing from, but for me WG is a company that wants and needs to make money. And that’s ok for me. I have great joy and uncounted hours of fun in whaling or in grinding tech tree ships. Still is what I pay for. Once you have clear that this is business you can choose if you love, leave it or break it. You are not the problem, I see the upper management of WG in charge, clearly making the decision to milk the cow as long it works and not to invest in a new structure for bots etc. There was a great video made by Terry about the background how it possibly is with the bots. And maybe, just maybe that WG just can not solve it, because developer from 2015/16/17 are all gone and no one knowing the codes now. I would have loved if you stayed. You have made a strong decision with a clear statement; may it change things for good. May you have always fair wind in your sails and a hand width of water beneath your keel.

Ranting doesn´t help....they keep harvesting. But when all the former CC´s move to another game and show this to the audience......it will pull players along....draining the ´K*ll A Game´ faster of it´s players. That´s a statement to make....

Hey brother,I’ve played this game since close to 7 years,20th of May 2018, I fully understand your feeling,I hope WG will listen to the skilled players like you especially CCs , which act as the margin between developers and players community, removing or at least reducing the No of crates for introducing new ships to the game and sell the stuffs in store, I’m a very small UA-camr but tried to tell them about different problems in my few videos, like introducing new tech line so powerful and nerfing them after months, WG doing the same with premiums too,terrible bugs like bots,or such…, but at the end, I hope WG do something about these kinda problems before loosing more skilled players, and hope you would stay as CC because the players community needs peoples like you, I respect to your decision to leave and respect other CCs who stay connected, Thanks for all efforts and great jobs you did and Beast wishes buddy .👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞

Despite of tons of toxic bugs, idiot bots, stupid physics and old graphic, WG still want us to pay more than hundreds dollars for a single virtual ship, as if they were selling triple-A class game. They don't deserve it. To be honest, some GOTY PC games are even cheaper. Just go Steam, serching some great games and purchase one or two. Or Legends would be fine as well. How hilarious this situation is! Enough is enough.

Epic video! And no, you're never at fault in the first place, because that's what CCs are supposed to do; informing the communities of upcoming stuff and whatnot. I can understand the feeling when there's a big problem that makes you wonder if it would've been better without you around. The answer is, things happen and sometimes there's no stopping them no matter what. What we try to do is to mitigate the damage or find a solution(which in this case, there's none). I'll still play Blitz because it what brought me together with my friends, and I will have almost no expectation of seeing things up. That's why I'm planning to find alternatives as well. Hoping to see you play and make videos about Metalstorm more, cuz I heard it's fun. Cheers, Bob!

Definitely glad you quit, imo you have the potential to become a great content creator if you focus on some mainstream games, blitz was somewhat an obsolescence given how small its community was.

I left wot blitz a few years ago, because of the same reasons. And I know i will left wow blitz one day, I can not play the same game endlessly. Have fun in the future !

I totally respect u and other CC’s choice of leaving. As you, I have played this game since 2018 and loved it, as you I have been spending some money. BUT I have not used a lot on crates or the other gambling options, because of low chances to get what u want. I remember my turningpoint in using money was on that Sonar Sweep thing, ending up spending a good amonut of gold, and when I got the ship after landing on every single tile but the ship I still had to use more gold to actually get the ship. From that time I stopped bying anything, not even Blitzpasses witch I did almost every month to support the game, but started to give ur channel some donations instead, that gave me more fun that spending them on WG. I still play the game, but a LOT less than before, but as u stated every single time I play it I encounter all the glitches, bugs and what not that have been haunting this game since the beginning. I do love this little but strong community, and I guess that is why I still play it, and will do as long as I still will be batteling against the «old» players from time to time. I know you're not quitting to make a change. Because it won't matter to WG or Netease for that matter. Just look at what happened when CCs started to leave the PC WoWs. Did anything change? Exactly... I don't feel that WG takes this as a harsh enough "punishment" or as a warning sign. They simply don't give a flying fuck about the constant feedback the community has been relaying to them throughout the past years (how long have we been begging for them to fix the bots?!). I totally understand your decision. The community will miss your reviews and spark! But I want to think positive. So I do have an idea. Why don’t you make a review on all naval warfare mobile games with pros and cons? That will serve a dual purpose. First we will have a total review from someone we know and trust and second that might give feedback to WG, since I am pretty sure they will continue to watch your content! I will continue following you, as well as the other CC that left, and watching your content, because what you all did was genuine and refreshing. Keep up the good work!!!

I don't think you (or me, or anyone else of us) were part of the problem. We never told someone to buy something. We never made false promises. We didn't "sell" ships in ways that would be deceptive. You're not responsible for purchase decisions other people make. At best, what we do is giving people an informed choice to spend money before they do it. So don't be hard on yourself. There's always Legends Mobile if you end up missing warships on your phone, but as you said, there are a lot of PC games out there in a similar direction. The first, and most important factor when making videos is that you have to love what you do. Godspeed, mate.

cod mobile has had gambling for years and they make crazy money off of it and plenty of people still play it

Even the CN server at this point is better at monetization: 6k gold Kearsarge, bundles (ship+hist. camo) for every single premium ship offered daily, and only a few crates all with guarantees

Wow, I always agreed with you on everything, but man, this just puts it in a new perspective. I’ve also been considering just not playing for those exact reasons. I have little motivation to play anymore, and I just want something to happen.

Well I think the amount of Bots we are seeing, is because the folks are leaving the game. And because there is not enough players, we have to play down a tier almost always, in teams, unless your in 10. This is a problem that you cant farm new players in your fleet, because in order to play with you(A senior player and fleet commander) they have to play down a tier as well. This is very frustraiting to the new player and the senior players as well. Without the teams, the fleets become dead, game becomes stale. Most of the ships out now, are just modified other ships with a new flag and camo. Or I call them, Black Repeats, or rehashes. We would like a "real" new ship. As new ships come out, older ones become obsolesant. And secondaries on old ones are not much, but some new ships have em'. Older stuff doesnt. Just sucks . And I wont even mention the crazy price hikes, or ludicras crates system. Among other things. At this rate, things will get worse, much worse, before it gets better Im afraid. I filled out the survey and voiced concerns over these issues a few times over, every time they ask. But with no results on any top issues I stated, at all. I even said contact me if they wished. But the cricketts are still chirping. Other issues but these are the standouts to me. But I feel it will , status que, fall on deaf ears. So enough of the surveys for me.

This is why I stopped playing and started playing Modern warships. At least in that game if you want a ship you can buy it and you don’t have to gamble for it. You can also grind your ass off and get ships for free with the month free ship and items they give out. You can sell the ships and items for altcoins and then get the ship you want. Way better the blitz

Hey mate, thank you for your honesty. Yes, you were part of the problem, as we all were. It's no issue for me, if someone sells something and raise prices, but the combination with addiction promotion through crates and collecting mechanics, like trade cards for examples and high prices is not correct.

Come to MetalStorm it’s fun and you can play on PC and mobile in the same server. I play with PigBay evey day on my tablet as he plays on PC. Also it is free to play, you can spend money if you want to advance faster but that all it does. You get nothing from spending money but advance faster

It’s a shame that it had to come to this. We were all hopeful about changes at the midpoint of 2024. Now it’s apparent that WG is just wanting to milk as much money as possible and not fix the core issues of the game. I will continue making content for Blitz for the time being. Focusing on the F2P aspects of the game. Competitive tech lines, free camos, you get the picture. I’ll give it a couple more updates before I wind down the blitz content. Just to see if game issues are going to be resolved. I’ve started checking out more games but honestly the mobile game scene sucks right now.

It's just sad that such a fun and great game is turning into this. I really got addicted to it and it's just sad seeing the devs kill it more and more with every change.
