Good game for heartsteal. No tank killer %hp enemies. And you wouldn't be lacking damage because they dont have super tanks on their team. Into Vlad too seems good too, you can auto trade often and hes never going to be able to burst you. Though senna ez are hard to auto and nasus could wither you.

Would love to see riftmaker slotted in to the build somehow cos it’s one of my favourite items but I get why it’s not when all the other items are too good to give up
That's exactly what I do, blue + green runes to stack even more hp, heartsteel / ryft / merc / fimbul / backfire/ liandry. I buy spirit visage if I'm loosing in place of blackfire torch, so I can reach 7k HP and around 400 AP full build I really like it, cuz it's a safer early game for an unskilled peasant like me, and when I go roam i can finance ryftmaker. Only drawback is if my roams aren't successful I get behind.
this is season kinda suck no hextech chest and the gane is so snowbally they should adjust featvof strength it should be first turret first team member to get 300 cs first to get dragon soul or atakhan

yeah i dont feel like its that crazy important as long as i just space his empowered Q im fine, if i need antiheal i can buy later oblivion
@HusumLOL makes sense. Maybe I should stop being afraid of it, as you say as long as his empowered Q is avoided, his hp gains early aren't amazing
