Mix 1/3 potting soil, 1/3 peat moss, 1/3 organic compost, and add in some medium size pine bark. Then add in soil sulfur, feather meal, cotton seed meal, and fish meal. The soil sulfur you can find at any home depot, the cotton seed meal you can find at " Repotted" on Davis st. But the feather meal and fish meal i have not found locally, so i buy them online.
Nice. Seems your blueberry plants are not getting allot of sun. How much water do you put into the pot? Do you water them every other day? I just bought a one gallon Alapaha Blueberry plant at Lowes, I'm really not sure how to take care of it. I have it where it gets pretty good sun but I do notice some of the leaves are turning brown at the tip. Can you post some tips on how I can take better care of my plant? Should I move it to where it does not get too much sun? It looks a little sad :( HELP!!!!
The get plenty of sun. However, here in Dallas the sun is so strong that sometimes I have to water them twice a day or move them to partial sun. Make sure your soil ph is acidic 3.5 to 5. If they are in direct sun, it might be hurting them.

What kind of water are you using? Do you use only rainwater, or is water from house okay? Thanks.
The pots i get from local nurseries. I just ask if they have any pots to spare.
So how do you mix the soil so that the pH is correct? Also, where did you get your pots? I am new at this and also am in the DFW area.
