If you're asking what language to learn to program with, I would recommend Python. To get started look up Python on google and download the latest version. There are tons of guides to learn from on youtube. Python is great language for beginners because of its simple syntax(how the code is written). It is also a highly used and powerful language(meaning you can do a lot). SQL is not a general purpose programming language. It is for interacting with a database. This is a more intermediate topic which is normally something people learn after they have experience with other languages. Good luck
