Thats right, they continue to send me crap despite their best judgement! I have the skill level of a rotten potato when it comes to nail drills but I gave it the 'ol college try (it took me five years to graduate...).

As a fellow hobbyist who got into gel nails a few years ago, I've got to praise my Medicool Pro Power 35k nail drill. I never use full speed on it, but the power at lower speeds let's me be super careful. Also, after spending a little more on high quality bits, I've learned how much safer they are. I hardly feel like I'm touching my nail (or the gel) but product and Cuticle are still removed quickly.
The best advice I heard was to err on the side of caution, by leaving some product to hand file and then soak off.
