  • Making PCP 3000 PSI Valve and Tank
    Fund my projects: buymeacoffee.c...
    In this video I made a threaded tube tank with a manometer connector and a valve for 3000 PSI. I also used a chamfer technique to make the valve very easy to open. This video shows the making of a very simple inlet system as well.
    Shoutout to Ai rSight27 for help on chamfer ideas and valve inlet: / @airsight2753

    Can I use Copper instead of aluminum, and is aluminum expensive?

      Copper is very expensive And aluminium is the cheapest metal. Copper is A bit unusual but would work

      If price is a concern copper is more expensive than aluminium and weaker too, you'll need more material and thicker walls on the reservoir to achieve same strenght at equal amounts of pressure, raising the price even more.

      I'm guessing like on my mini lathe slow speed is terrible so I also turn the chuck by hand. The lead screw is however connected with the right gear ratio for the pitch. Your using slow speed muscle instead of crappy electric motor 😅😅😅

      @pcpairgunschannel  День тому

      @@andrewworley8946 Yup. slow speed is better on actual big lathes rather than these mini lathes.
