How do I know if my baby is ready to sleep through the night? She is 7 months old, eating 2 decent solid meals a day (about 1/2 cup). She goes to bed between 6.30-7pm. She wakes between 5-5.30am, and I will feed her milk. Generally she do not want to go back to sleep again after that, which is why I started to wake her up at 4am to feed her. She will self settle back to sleep and wake up between 6-7am, different time each day. She can self settle 90% of the time. Her room is really dark, white noise on and sleeping bag.

Hi, if your baby is not willing to go back to sleep at 5.30 when she wakes it may be that its not feeding or hunger that's the problem, she sounds like shes eating well. She might be having too much or too little day sleep, there could be light creeping in or she may be waking a bit too chilly or warm. Our Program can help you get over that early wake.
