    Great video Jon! I bought your youtube script and I have a question. I heard from an other youtube ad expert that using two CTAs, one early in the video at 15s and one at the end will double your clicks and reduce CPC. Is this true?

      Really glad you enjoyed the video and also Fantastic question! Now we tried it a long time ago so I can't really remember on what exactly happened, but I do know, we don't do it anymore so for us it must not have worked too well. In my head it sounds like a good idea for certain businesses, but when you're looking for a certain quality of client, and a more informed click, those who wait and listen to most of the ad will more than likely win. But to be honest, there are more than one ways to write scripts and make UA-cam ads work, this is our way and it crushes for us, but the person you learnt from also might have found that the way they do it crushes it for them, I would try both and see which works best for your business and then double down on that, or take parts of each and create your own method that works best for you! :) Hopefully that helps!

      @@JonPenberthy Thank you very much for your advice. Although my niche is the online marketing tool niche and I just want people( mostly beginners) opt-in in my email list, I think I will do it your way, because my script is finished and when I add a second CTA it will destroy the flow of it. Also, I think you are the most skillful UA-cam ad expert so I follow your ad script. By the way some of your ads scripts are up to 400 words long, will this really be under 2 minutes ad lenght?

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  Рік тому +1

      Depends how well you can present on camera with a good speed. For me they're fine, if you need to shorten them slightly to get it to 2 minutes, then start by shorteneing your story section as that's the part that can be easily shortened without affecting how you connect with you audience :)

      @@JonPenberthy Thank you for your respond! I have a really detailed CTA : "click the link in or around this video. It will take you to a page with a blue button. Click on it, sign up with your best email address, and an email will immediately send to you with a link to this completely free marketing tool". Do you think I need to shorten it like this: "It will take you to a page where you need to sign up with your best email address, so I can immediately send you an email with a link to this completely free marketing tool." Or is the more detailed one better?

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  Рік тому +1

      I wouldn't mention in the ad that they have to give their name and email. That's ust adding another layer, instead we want them to make the microcommitment to click and come over, then another microcommitment to click the button, then another microcommitment to fill out their email. After each commitment they are more likely to do the next :)

    Crazy stuff brother, found your channel today, binge watching everything, any tutorials on HOW to record VSLs? Like camera setup, light setup, inside environment, outside environment, mics? and most importantly how to not look away lmao haha... prompter?

      @JonPenberthy  Рік тому +1

      Hey divine7223, glad you enjoyed the video and my channel! :) I dont have any tutorials on tech adn things like that to show you, but I would consider using the same sort of style that we have our webinars, so using a screen recording software with slides, means it's a lot easier to get done and the tech doesn't stop us from moving forwards :)

      cool stuff, i assume you recommend youtube ads + webinars.
      What's the usual budget for youtube ads (monthly)? And what type of results can you expect for a service offer?@@JonPenberthy

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  Рік тому

      Oh yeah UA-cam ads + a webinar is my bread and butter and what we use and teach.
      As for your budget, that completely depends on what you have the ability to spend, you can start at as little as $5 a day if you wanted, you would just get data in more slowly than if you spent more. Results is way too vuage for me to give you an estimate, it depends on your offer, your marketing, your ads, your funnel and your price & ability to deliver. Way too many variables to be able to help there.

    Hi Jon, is there a pattern when you zoom in on your video and zoom out? is it every 10s or 15s or random?

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  11 місяців тому +1

      It's often to hide cuts! haha, but more often it's random, just regualry enough to keep it interesting :)

    • @stratfunnels
      @stratfunnels 11 місяців тому +1

      @@JonPenberthy Ah ok, Haha, so this zoom outs are all random? Because I see them in every Ad and thought it makes the videos more dynamic, which is why they are used

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  11 місяців тому +1

      It does that as well so alwasy good to have in even if you don't have cuts!

    Hello Jon,
    Love your content about YT ads, thanks a lot for the value bombs!
    Do you know why when we launch YT ads conversion type , we cant uncheck display partners and 100% of our traffic goes to partner sites with crazy view rate 50% (that is not normal). Whats the best way to fix it?
    Did you find any success if you launch not conversions campaigns but without goal but using specific YT videos as a placement? Does the google remove the most valuable customers from the bucket in this case of campaign?
    Thanks a lot Jon!

    • @JonPenberthy
      @JonPenberthy  Рік тому

      Hey aurimasdulskis! Great questions! So you can't remove display partners on UA-cam anymore, but you can add an exclusion to your campaigns to remove them manually (like a little workaround) :) Add this as an exclusion: googleadsense_without_youtube.com (try this, I may not have it written perfectly there)
      as for your second question, we find that launching with conversion goals is much better than no goal campaigns.
      Hopefully this helps :)

    Selling "how to sell" stuff...try selling something real, lets see how far you go. These "how to sell stuff" marketers, all bla bla bla...same recycled info, diff packaging. Zero originality.
