The thing no one is talking about for this patch is Rakan. He's not going to be nearely as strong because the items he used to build arent as beneficial for him now with zekes not giving mana regen and even things like knights vow and mickaels being changed. I think he's really going to struggle especially early with mana issues. Perhaps now he needs to take different runes like buiscuits if youre aggro (like me)? I dont think a keystone change is something thats needed but also perhaps presence of mind with tenacity in the precision tree for second runes? All just ideas and I havent played the new patch yet so I'm not sure but just my thoughts on Rakan.
Try out the new support item, Helia's thing... Rakan is now a dominance kind of supp that will dish out monstruous amount of dmg. I had double the dmg of my adc against the ennemy adc on a fight, its just broken on him because he goes in and out of the fight, has shields and heals so he stacks a lot of soul fragments.
I already had doubts in the early parts of the vid (Low Elo Cassio and Vayne Top S Tier, Heimer and Kayle Top A Tier? Really, these champs that require wave management and intensive kiting aren't B Tier???), but seeing Taric in OP tier under Engage Support category just solidified how inaccurate most of the tier placements are.
Like, how is a Taric supposed to engage, a telegraphed Shurelya E+Flash? Stop it. Even Annie's Flash+W/R in plain sight is less telegraphed than Taric E+Flash from bush.
Taric isn't the one going all in, its the person he's linked to that goes in first, then he peels. Duh
@@sylphephilippe449 Don't act smart with us, that doesn't classify as Taric himself having the tools to engage, that just emphasized further how he can't engage and needs someone to do it for him so he can actually start doing his job. We all know his in-game identity is being a high-risk high-reward Enchanter who can somewhat go mid-frontline, so again, he should never classify with the likes of Nautilus/Leo/Blitz/Rell.

I am main kayle and putting her in Rank A it's ridiculous, she is super broken with new guinso + previous rework
She is worthless 90% of the game so she auto losses some games before she even gets late. Having an extra cannon minion in your team helps little if the game draws short
She has so many bad matchup and negative winrate even though in theory she should be broken
A tier is generous for Kayle, B at most with how useless she is for 80% of the game
@@RickyMuzakki even with bad matchups the minion changes means she can farm a lot safer under tower
@Ricky Muzakki she actually doesn't have that many awful match ups but the fact is she sucks for most of the game till level 11 (16 if ur bad at kayle tho)
Morde S tier jng and kha A tier?
I know this patch was mainly to "nerf" marksmen, but honestly marksmen to me only feel strong if I have a tanky front line & peel, which is almost nonexistent in low elo. With that said, there is no defense that can protect you from on hit abilities, so I forsee Rageblade users coming out on top here. Also, the new shiv isnt as impressive as it could be~
It is a major buff not nerf. Also don't expect many tanks. They will drop to d tier. Since the items are hybrid when adc has 1st item you only have armour or Mr. Fighting botlane or toplane is impossible and u get melted. Just play assassins or adcs
Tanks is busted and will forever be. Tanks like orn, chogath, zac can dish out same damage as adc and still be engage and peel in a teamfight.
Pick a full team of assssins and adcs in champ select and you have already lost the game in lobby.
You guys are correct in how it's an auto-lose in Champ Select if your team doesn't have at least 2 frontline champions. What's wrong is the idea that hybrid items will melt tanks, as the marksman items' AP scaling and magic pen usually won't be enough to shred through a tank with 2 items having Null Magic Mantle as components. The loss of Kraken Slayer's true damage in exchange for another magic damage on-hit is also something to celebrate for any frontline champion.
From my own experience building Shiv, it appears that it's lackluster if you buy it 1st/2nd item. It needs either Rageblade's AP+Magic Pen or more crit chance for its passive to start dealing significant damage to minions and champions.

It makes perfect sense, he has better item choices since ghostblade is a mythic now the item would be a waste for his BiS.

@@RickyMuzakki Nothing will beat Eclipse Hecarim with ghost instead of flash, NOTHING. Its the best dps choice, Yuumu isn't that useful cause he's already too fast for 98% of the roster and eclipse gives more stats and benefits.

Her early clear requires noonquiver, which doesn't build into mythics. Kraken no longer deals true damage, as a belveth main, she is now so much weaker than last patch and even pre buff
