I had to cut the rear left seat belt on my 2016 Kia Soul because I had used it to strap an object to the rear seat and there wasn't enough slack to release the ratchet. Now I want to replace it and have some questions. The first is whether I can buy just the seat belt without the tensioners and other accessories and if so where. Next can I do the replacement without removing the head liner? Thanks.
