If yes the beverage service done by sommelier & also bar steward .b/c servic of beverage all knowledge about alcoholic & non alcoholic. It's not possible for restaurant steward . Pl's kindly give me answer .

My suggestion is show them runing restaurant video which will be helping more than word's they are looking new comers they don't know anything about industry and FNB service is practical compared thorticale , when they leave place they forget everything .

U have to observe the guest u will understand..or otherwise if u think the guest have done then u go n ask the guest directly
