Optimizing Design for Sticker Production

Working on these vinyl decals for Earth Mountain Bicycle down in Brevard. If all goes well, I will be making a bunch of these for them and want to make sure the design can be consistently and efficiently made. I did some work modifying the design to make them easier to produce. What do you think?
