Hey friends!
I'm a design engineer and mountain biker from the Carolinas. I am currently chasing the USDH circuit, riding bikes every chance I get and have numerous other small side projects happening in-between. I have tons of ideas for things I want to do, learn, and create. This will be the home for those passion projects. I've recently really leaned into this new creative outlet and enjoy making these videos to document my projects and experiences.
I am still new to UA-cam and am mostly just posting here for accountability and consistency to keep me constantly creating. I'm doing this for me, but if some of you find it enjoyable, great! Welcome to it :)

Mountain creek is one of if not my favorite venue I have visited to race so far. I just couldn't miss this one despite the long road trip. With plenty of coverage of the track, and the race already out there, I wanted to focus on my experience. Looking great Bailey! Its totally worth getting thin plastic or metal sheets to go under each layer, making the foam much stiffer so it won't tear!

Thats the new jumps at the top of tumbleweed. They’ve re-worked that trail into a full top to bottom jump line

Lmao you have 2 comments saying opposites what I would recommend is try both and do a few runs time yourself and see how it feels what one you like better everyone has there own opinion so try to tinker with it till you find what suits you best
You look so damn comfortable on that Gambler. I know there is always loose ends to tie up but man when you are locked on it you are moving!
(im no professional) I personally think that stiffer suspension would be better with more rebound but try to keep it smooth at the same time

Can you fit a 29er on the rear?
I was able to fit a 29 x2.4 in the rear but its a tight fit! may run into clearance issues in muddy conditions but otherwise it works! Id definitely recommend running it in the low position if you do go full 29.

I just used a long thin Phillips head screwdriver and pressed it in and held it there until all the air was out
