i hate this song no offence to PROTEST THE HERO (greatest band in the world)but i hate this song and i like their new stuff a bunch mor its less punk and more metal
cheers for uploading this! my band used to play with happy go lucky (now PTH) all in the time in a shitty venue called the dungeon in oshawa. this was one of my fave songs by them and damn did they ever fuck shit up on stage. still do for that matter. great canadian band and im honored to know i got to shared the stage with them in some form
Does anyone know where i can find this CD? Or if it even exists? I've been searching for it but all i found was an article and this is apparently from 1999-2000 when they formed as the group 'happy go lucky'
This is from their 3-Track Demo, from back in 2002. it also took awhile for me took to find as well during my protest the hero binge awhile back ago. trust me, i wish it was on vinyl, but what can you do?... i also still cannot believe that's rody, whatsoever. whatever.
WTH are the lyrics at 2:30 - 3:20? I think they might be "I'm so sick of seeing hate - Ask us to behave" but I don't think I'm right. What do you guys think?
you have to understand they were like 14 haha so rody's voice is of course going to sound young! they have a good thing going tho they were good for they're age and even better now. thats what happens you write music early you get better at it later lol
they never release a album called happy go lucky and when they were called that they never release an album or songs under that name. you should look into it

Im so sick of seeing hate. I'll start blaming you. Just want to defy you .
Kinda sounds like Coffee and Cigarettes by Lagwagon. :)
i think you'd have to go through UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS to get recordings of this stuff. i dont' think it was put to CD in the states.

I like the old PTH better....thats just my opinion though.
this is protest the hero...the album is happy go lucky..look into it
@farmboy504 if you just hear the lead vocal track for sequoia throne his vocal style hasn't changed a whole lot
they never release a album called happy go lucky and when they were called that they never release an album or songs under that name. you should look into it
I guess all the screaming they did over the years helped their voices change a bit.... omg especially the bassists and his demonic grunts, lol
They used to be called Happy Go Lucky and they had a more Punk sound, this is a song from that time I believe.
do this album over again !!!!!
ya this is an awesome song....it was there self titled album Happy Go Lucky...alot of good songs on it
I really enjoy the instrumental composition in this song. Rody's voice isn't the greatest here, but so glad it's matured. He's so damn talented.
honestly i love punk pth but the bloodmeat years and shit cant be beat lol
so glad Rody's voice has matured a whole lot more than this. Style changed or not!
this sounds like trash m... cool
sweet, first view! thanks for uploading dude, amazing song
I would have said its more like old School Metal
I wouldn't call myself a drummer, but I play drums.
One of the few bands that are great no matter what style they do, just like Ash.
teenagers

I apparently was the drummer of PTH. Cool?
