I think a lot of it has to do with the season too. I feel like a lot of people look more polished in the fall/winter moths because you think more about what you are gonna wear as opposed to just throwing on flip flops and a tank top. Personally I think Ingrid as always been a bit more mature (fashion wise) than the other girls on UA-cam.

Her style was always cool, but since NY it shifted towards darker colors, edgy, sophisticated, etc. All the things that I really like that's why I noticed it. :)

There is nothing wrong with anyone remaining a child at heart. She's always worked hard and been independent but remained youthful. Every experience changes everyone and helps them grow. Life is short. Nobody needs to act like anything but who they are--and if that's playful and childlike or sophisticated and mature--t's all good.

I haven't watched one of your videos in quite a while, but watching this, compared to the last video I watched of yours, I can see how much you've grown in yourself and your video content.
The effort put in and quality of this video is truly outstanding. I've watched many 'look book' type videos, and this is by far one of the best. The outfits are actually ones I wish I had in my closet, I mean you look like you just walked out of Vogue Magazine! Even little things like the way the arrows and words moved on the screen and how you acted, the scenery and just everything was so perfectly done and executed- it was just a really top-notch video Ingrid! Really, really enjoyed it.

If you see something you like no worries if you can't afford the exact item. They sell pieces like this in Forever 21, H&M, Marshall, TJ Maxx etc. It may take some time to locate but they are out there.

I can definitely tell how much hard work was put into this, your editing and the way this was filmed. This totally took some time and planning, but it all came together wonderfully and you have a beautiful video. I love your style and a lot of the clothes, you're really capturing a lot of beauty of the clothes, the city, the make up, hair and just life itself.
most of us in our 20's can't afford to be buying all those fabulous clothes and jewelry and walking around the city just eating food and drinking coffee and looking beautiful. We're too busy working 2 or 3 jobs just to pay rent and utilities! This is a great video in a magazine sort of way, but it's not real life for the majority of us. Why not do a video of mixing and matching autumn outfits from what you already have in your closest instead of all new stuff.
These pieces are in the hundreds, I wish there was a disclaimer, "don't feel bad about yourself if you can't buy these things," realistically a small percentage of our population can purchase these items. But I love her style

I always took these videos to be inspiration take the first outfit, its a trench coat(which is a great staple especially if you live in a rainier city) that be picked up for under 50 bucks at targets and walmarts, a striped shirt again any major chain will have them, dark skinny jeans and a pair of short tan booties, again can likely find a pair close at like aldo or target.You dont need to buy exactly what she has, its simply inspiration.

I do understand that it is intended for inspiration, but honestly, I think that it makes most of us feel like the stuff we already have isn't good enough anymore and that we need to go out and get nicer things so we can look as fabulous as Ingrid does. That's why I'd love to see her restyling the clothes she modeled last autumn and winter.

Ingrid always emphasizes that she is a "real person" and I guess that is why I was hoping to find her more real life relate-able. I adore her style and I really do admire her - but let's face it, she's got tons of money and is living a life way different than most of us.

Love the video so much! It's super creative, the scenery is beautiful, the shots are awesome, and the music is inspirational. My only problem is that most of us cant afford the expensive clothes you wear, I got a lot of inspiration for clothing from this video, but I cant actually buy it. I think it would be great if every once and a while you had a cheap version of your outfits! You're one of the best beauty gurus on youtube and id love to be able to feel more of a connection to you!
