[1] Nicole, just have your mother and aunt STAIN those NEW BEAMS to match the tables in the other buildings. Keep the same consistency going throughout. Not fond of that burned look at all for a nursery. It's not a BARN! lol
[2] Have you thought about putting cement or stone pavers on the ground as flooring? Someone has to be having liquidations on various kinds of pavers or stone this time of year. Even recycled type of Brick would work. Something in the same shades as the STAIN the ladies are working with.
[3] I am just amazed at the massive progress you have managed to get done in such a short period of time. It's all fantastic.I am so excited for you and Brad. Excellent work!

Your grandfather’s sense of humor reminds me of my late father before dementia. It was the anniversary of his passing last week and I sure miss him ❤

That black backdrop was a fantastic idea. Makes the flowers on the Bouquet bar really pop. Loooove that rust mum. The big box stores don’t have those. Please we waouldmkie to see your sister sometime if she allows it. Lots of hard work on the nursery but love to see all that incredible progress you all have accomplished.

YES! Burn the wood, Nicole! I can see that area set up with Christmas trees, ornaments, maybe a faux fireplace(?), etc. and the burnt wood gives the space a log cabin vibe. Love everything and the pace of the nursery remodeling is amazing. Thanks for letting Grandpa talk to us - I just love him to bits!🥰 Keep warm up in New York!

Today I had a panic attack and left work to come home. I of course tried to catch up on Flower Hill Farm... It made me smile to see Grandpa!!!! I am one of his biggest fans!!! Thanks for making me smile Grandpa!!!!!

What fun. Update on my Grow Along. I did a fall garden. My sunflowers have been amazing. I am getting Zinnias. The Cosmos I have been using as filler for the Sunflower bouquet. It has been so much fun to have those late flowers.
And here I'm complaining about it getting down to 70 degrees...thank you for the perspective. Amazing green house progress 💛🌱🌻🌿

I love love your show and I love love your family they're all so you can tell they got big hearts and how you all get along and have fun and tease and it's just a blessing in this day and age to have family like that and I really pray that your UA-cam channel takes off so big that it pays for all this work that will need to be done in the nursery, if I had a bunch of money I'd send it to you honey cuz you are hard worker and tell your Grandpa I love him to pieces and your mom and your sister and your cousins

You have done so much to this greenhouse project already. What a working crew. I might like to see that one greenhouse where you weren't sure how to paint the new fresh wood beams/post, maybe paint them black. I can see everything black with all the greens, as you said it will have a different feel. It would be lush and rich looking. I do love what you did to the tables too. They turned out so nice.

Also I love the Xmas decorations I would buy some if I lived there! I have started a tradition with my kids at Christmas time we all go to trade aid (it's a not for profit store here in NZ that has beautiful handcrafted fair trade items) and choose a nice new decoration for the tree every year. 🎄✨

Hello, Looking Great. As a large greenhouse grower. Just to let you know you have retail greenhouses Only. Not growing greenhouse. Please ask your grower of wholesale mums what I mean. You are going spend way to much to heat and have poor air flow always. If you need help just ask away. Plus ask Griffin Greenhouse Supply ( I used them also ) about poly carb for the side of the greenhouses with wood sides and end walls.
These greenhouses have been used to grow product from start to finish since 1960.

@@FlowerHillFarm Yes. I agree, Because they had bottom heat. Like a heating mat. All those pipes you cut out gave them bottom heat for growing. Heating the air is triple the cost with propane. The heat is higher off the ground also.. Your wholesale mum grower has most likely radiant floor heat in the concrete. Thanks for asking

Good evening. We are here in alberta. We are a 2b growing zone. Not to brag but we still have not had a frost yet.
This may seem like a blessing, but I have mixed feelings... because we are doing similar business as you.. no bouquet bars though. And I'm soon getting ready for winter just so I can rest. I can imagine how you must feel.
Looking good..... everyone works so hard...you are so blessed...not a fan of Halloween but if Harvest time......
