Her signature approach of (re)creation and reinvention of musical masterpieces by changing the optics and looking at works of one genius with the eyes of another (Rachmaninov - Chopin or Skriabin - Mozart, to mention just a few) is fascinating. Agree! I truly wish I had access to that type of education here in the US. So many of us were told music was foolish to persue, thus music has always been my first love but such a struggle for me. But it’s never to late.

I was unfamiliar with this artist. Thanks for introducing me to her. Her perspectives on selecting repertoire and developing her pianism reflect a great deal of artistic maturity. I'm eager to hear her play the Rachmaninoff 1st Piano Sonata.
