Did he just pour the grease down the drain? Yikes!
Way to plug the drain. There goes the rent damage deposit.
Wow I had forgotten about that. In the late nineties when I was really into fitness (Body For Life workouts) and some years after whenever I cooked hamburger patties I would always put them on paper towels a squeeze them until I could get as much fat out of them as I could. Now I haven't did this in years. Glad I ran across your video.
So your cheaper ground beef will cost more $$ to unclog the drain.
Best way to do this is just brown the meat first, then cover with water, stir, drain (repeat 2 times). Use 97% lean meat. Just keep it in the same pan. After rinsing, you can add garlic, onions, chili powder or whatever you like to give it some flavor. Super lean...and easy.
Neat trick, especially for folks who buy grassfed beef--our local processors aren't really interested in doing a fat percentage analysis on our half-cow purchases (I think they'd look at me like I'd grown an extra arm if I even asked). One thing, though, you might consider using some kind of container to drain the fat into (e.g., an old spaghetti sauce jar, jam jar, whatever) instead of draining it into the sink. Pouring fat into the sink drain does some
Sweet!!!
Great video, just found out about this,
That's a Blot of Meat. Get it ?? see what i did there ? LOLOLOL.... i need friends :(
This looks just like Final Destination 2.
how do you know the exact pre and post values?
Boil it first.
Why not just eat chicken or something lighter if u gotta take all the taste out of beef what’s the point in eating it
Why would you rinse it? 😅😂 most of what you’re rinsing is just meat juice.
Glad I'm not your Landlord! Pouring fat down the drain? Oh Man. At least pour it into an empty can and throw it in the trash.
Great.. super hot😉
