Great way to explain the top cancer fighting foods. Nutrition therapy plans a key role in fighting disease by boosting gut health and immune system. Did you know around 80% of immune cells are present in the gut? Including cancer fighting foods to our diet everyday is a great way to lower the risk of cancer.

No sardines in olive oils? I’m researching going keto live vegetables with intermittent fasting and exercise. Dr. Jason Fung and Thomas Seyfried advantages of no carbs no sugar keto fasting to reduce cancer growth. Thomas Seyfried also mention the Don treatment for reducing or eliminating cancer energy production.

Organic low fat cottage cheese mixed with organic flax seed oil (make sure it doesn't taste bitter or it's no good) and 2 tbls ground whole flax seed.. add turmeric to help with inflammation. Can add wild raw honey to sweeten it.
This is the BUDWIG PROTOCOL and it works!

Aaaghh! Canola oil? Really! Haven't heard anyone consider that a healthy oil in years! As I have read: "There are any number of troubling issues raised by this mutant rapeseed oil (sold under the coined name “canola”). The Omega 6 linoleic acid content, at 21%, is higher than many personal thresholds. You can also find any number of sites cautioning on residual processing chemicals, transfats, erucic acid, and consequences of the high temperature processing, which may or may not be material. A random canola is likely to be from a GMO strain, but the genes and the associated pesticide uptake may be of minimal concern by the time it becomes an oil. Fundamentally, canola is a modern industrial lubricant with no reason to suppose that it’s a beneficial (or perhaps even safe) human food. There are any number of alternatives with fewer issues and tangible benefits." And I won't even get started on

Thank you for this. I pray their hearts are for the greater good and just have not awakened to this yet. The road ahead is paved with good intention.

Agree, keto diets advice against Canola oils. They use extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil.

The "rapeseed" concerns are due to rapeseed containing erucic acid. Erucic acid was specifically bred out of canola to the point that modern strains are at less than 0.1% concentration. Claims of detrimental health effects of eruric acid are only of high dosages and dubious even then, as to date, no health effects have been associated with dietary consumption of erucic acid by humans.
As for omega 6 content, canola has the best ratio of omega3/omega6 out of any common seed oil, 1/2 vs soybean's 1/13.4, olive's 1/14 or sunflower's unquantifiably high ratio (basically no omega 3 and immense amounts of omega 6). Flaxseed oil is theoretically the best at 1/0.2 and olive could maybe be considered better due to being mostly monounsaturated fat rather than polyunsaturated omegas, but those are comparatively expensive oils. When you fearmonger canola oil, people are not gonna go buy olive or flaxseed instead, they're gonna choose the other cheap oils like sunflower oil which much worse.

Read "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., if you want excellent information on nutrition. His book synopsises his 30 years of nutritional biochemistry, written for the layperson.

You left out how to buy quality foods. Not all food products are the same. You are providing bad information by leaving this out. For example, you recommend peanut butter, but the vast majority of brands are very bad for us. There is a lot more I could share along this line.

There are three causes of diabetes that trigger cancer growth when your blood sugar is uncontrolled:
    1. Fruit juices and sweet drinks.
A soft drink contains 10% sugar. So in a 1-liter bottle you have just consumed 100 grams of sugar. If you do this three times a day, and do that for 4 days, you have actually consumed about 1.2 kilograms of sugar. That is more than 2 pounds of sugar. It is beyond what the body can metabolize. We are practically growing cancer farms.
    2. Oily foods, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Perhaps the only known oils that do not damage the liver are coconut oil and lard. They are both saturated fats and in chemistry are not subjected to free radical attacks. Put a vegetable oil in the sun, side to side with coconut oil, and in one month the coconut oil remains the same but the vegetable oil will turn to glue. Imagine what happens if this occurs in the body as fats and oil tend to accumulate and stay in your body for a long time. Once the liver is damaged, it can't handle the body's sugars as well.
    3. Wheat products.
Wheat contains a protein that destroys your pancreas, and studies show that this alone can initiate type 1 diabetes. Now in a cancer patient, if the pancreas doesn't work the blood sugar gets high, but as the pancreas gets destroyed, it can't produce pancreatic enzymes. Without enough enzymes in your system, the body cannot digest the food and we end up having cancer cachexia.
    What Not to Eat
As for a short list of what not to eat, here is an excerpt from one of my private emails:
    NO WHEAT PRODUCTS!
    NO fruit or fruit juices.
    NO sweet drinks or sodas.
    NO sugar or artificial sugars.
    NO corn syrup or fructose.
NO carbonated water. Plain water is always ok.
NO vegetable oils except coconut oil used in cooking.
    NO fried foods.
    NO calcium.
NO large meals consisting largely of meats.
