Abandoned sawmill before demolition (unedited VHS footage from March 2019)

The old EM Comeau sawmill and box factory that shut down in 2009. Many structures on the property have since been demolished or disassembled, including the dry kiln, shavings shed, box factory, sawdust storage bin, the old office/lunch room, and all overhead ductwork. The main office, boiler house, mill hall and two large sheds were left intact. The municipality of Clare took ownership of the property in 2009 when the business went under, and they are currently looking for a buyer.
