Crazy how both Ref and Bunker let that slide! Keary knew exactly what he was doing because he saw Johnson was hurt! CRAZY!!!!
He shouldn’t be labeled a grub. It was all in the heat of the match. The referee/bunker should have interfered and gave 10 in the bin or a penalty. Rubbish call. Rooster here 🐓

As a Manly supporter I can feel the frustration of the Warriors supporters, both teams have talent to burn yet are making the easy stuff look hard and the hard stuff look impossible..
In hindsight when they played each other and the score was tied neither of them actually deserved to win, since then both Manly and the Warriors have been equally as poor as each other..
Ever since metcalf got injured we have fallen to pieces. He's way better than Martin. Enough said.
So right. Metcalf could break a game open with his speed. He was a good foil for Johnson. The biggest weakness this season is the warriors have no resilience on there tryline. They can barely defend a full set of 6 in there 20 metre zone so any error made in there own half teams punish them for it. Last year they had a lot more starch on there line. You look at the games they've lost and the points they've conceded. You won't go far in the comp with a soft defensive line

Wahs and the Cowboys are in similar boats here. Truck loads of potential but it’s not translating into results.
You can see how much Webby puts into the team, he always fronts up and is doing a fantastic job. Its the players that have lost confidence, lost cohesion, lost their defensive dna, and its hard to watch. I dont mind watching them lose, i wouldnt care if they got the wooden spoon, if they fought hard for every second of the game and thats just not happening.
The reffing from Badger today was just woeful. Honestly, Belinda Sharpe is like 10,000 times better than her.

The thing with the wahs last season was the 2nd rowers were scoring at will. And then when we got rid of Bailey and Curran, everyone knew that running threat from the 2nd rowers is gone and the only options are out the back to CNK and then DWZ. Our attacking options are limited now.
Also, Wahs should be looking at Bevan French. Someone contact Leuluai and hook the wahs up. He's such a good 6, pass selection & running threat.
If there’s one thing we can be grateful for, it’s that origin is coming up. Surely we can get a couple wins with key players out

Bro wow look how scared Webby is to criticise his team, he retracted himself real quick when he said the boys weren't trying. Tohu turned his head real quick at him to. Don't want to upset them!! , that just shows me that the culture of our team don't want be in it for the tough moments, cmon Webby sometimes u have to say it how it is. I hope he can dish out sprays behind close doors kos to me it feels like the team will just walk all over him. This has always been a problem for us all these years, seems to be a soft underbelly, 1 good year in 13 Years is terrible, I will say this though it's good to see him tested as a coach we do have to remeber he is just a rookie coach and we did get him for the long haul, he is learning he just needs to learn fast.

The problem is the warriors systems change in 2011 after the grand final there was a Major Major systems change,
change from Razzle Dazzle offloads to structure and defence.
they tried with Bluey(fail) tried with kearney(fail) and tried with webster(fail)
the problem is warriors identity has always been a natural razzle dazzle offload style game built with aussie hardnose defence to boot.
emphasis being the natural offload game with razzle dazzle 1st, then defence and structure after, the poly and maori boys in NZ need to play what they see flow naturally chemistry Razzle Dazzle you cant coach it you just have to let the boys throw the ball around
when warriors lead the comp in offloads they make the finals when they try and defend they do well in patches but get blown off the park by better teams.
i say bring the razzle dazzle back to NZ warriors, as a fan id rather watch the warriors lose but score 30+points.

I agree,,polyboys love to attack but need the discipline of defense. Trouble is they so focused on defense they not willing to have a Crack at attacking and showing some flair,,,makes me wonder why? We know how to defend now but we not attacking which is letting other teams off the hook and so they have more energy to attack us because we are predictable on attack. Confidence is missing at the moment but the players know they can do it, it's just when? My personal thoughts are that the boys need to believe in themselves and play for themselves first, especially the poly boys. Aussie boys are a bit more disciplined and have a bit more mental fortitude.
Honestly te Maire Martin is just hopeless, losing Metcalf was the blow and now Johnson
I will say I’m the middle of the game we did have the moment we didn’t give up that was a positive and Pompey didn’t look to bad and I liked the rainbow pass from Johnson
We need marata back to hit the ball up and break the line.
Definitely they're lacking confidence, and that can be infectious. Losing games back to back, the doubt creeps in and you start approaching games with the wrong mindset. When things start going wrong on field the resilience that's normally there crumbles and teams lose cohesion. Hopefully they can get a reset here and get back to winning.
Defense is the key for us

Nah, so wrong. Tohu plays the Isiah Yeo role. Short passes and long passes out the back without looking. It's harder than it looks.
