I randomly had to search this game up so I could remind myself of the simpler, happier times of my life. I remember as a kid, I would wake up and run to the PS3 to play levels with my friends for HOURS. I miss all my LBP friends so so much. I hope they're all doing well, I'll never forget them. Who remembers the emo phase everyone went through by painting their hair white and sticking shark teeth in their hair? LOL. And the survival levels, and the hide and seek levels, and the roleplaying levels, and the hatred everyone had for that one guy who would steal peoples levels and post them as his own 😂😂Mannn, I wish I could go back.
OMG i remember these kind of styles i even had those i used to have a level with around 300k runs i think it was called bombardment.... omg man i miss these times so much life turned out to be so dark for me im even fully inked by now and in a complete dead phase i remember when i was a happy kid just playing lbp2 for days no regrets no problems with anything now everything is so lost........ im hurt
I've been consuming so much content from this game series over the last week. Flooding myself with memories with my friends on our PS3's playing LBP and LBP 2 together. Thank you for uploading this and making me feel so much better. The world seems so much darker and scarier then it used to be and this is one of the shiny beacons of hope in my heart. Hopefully communities like this will show Sony and MM that we really want another game and/or a remake for the ps5.

I remember playing this game with my brother, we were 9 and 7, we had so much fun, made amazing friends, and we grew with this game, I think no other game in the world is going to mean what lbp does to me and my brother, it makes me so sad to think that I will never live those days, but I'm grateful they happened, THANK U LITTLE BIG PLANET :(
The Story was probably the most Badass I will ever feel in my life. I loved the insane epicness of The Cosmos. Avalonia had such a feel too. Any picture or sound from LBP2 just has that Vibe.
This was the first video game I remember playing that wasn't a Wii game. I have so many memories of this game and sunk so much time and money into it as a kid. My ps3 crashed and reset all the data, so four or more years of fun are lost, but I'll never get rid of the disk or the case.
LBP 1-3 really raised me and my brother, I have so many fond memories of playing the games throughout out different points of my childhood. So glad it was these games, I mean the music alone just sets me off on this spiral of nostalgia. Sea Monster Survival and all the hurricane/ natural disaster survival levels were always our favourite.
i always come back to this game to remind myself that - even if i have some creative block, or im struggling to create, ideas are always forming, even without realising. this game means so much to me, and even if i dont achieve what id like to achieve, i know that the things i come up with at times are still great, and beautiful, because this game shows validation to every single creative idea in the world, and i love that
The Main Story levels were worth the game's price on their own: they ooze so much creativity and charm! The plotline was really good in retrospect too... Have you noticed that whenever the Creators showed their negative emotions there was a purple haze that the Negativitron emitted? That's such awesome foreshadowing you wouldn't notice as a kid.
This game is so nostalgic. I remember being a little 4 year old, and my dad got a PS3 for Christmas. This was the game he bought for me so I could play it too.
This game is quite literally my childhood. This makes me so giddy and happy to watch this, thank you for making this I will cherish this as it is my childhood and has ALL my nostalgia
Thank u so much for doing this video, LBP2 is my favourite Littlebigplanet because it was my life since I was so young, like, 8 or 9. I'm so happy about this video, Littlebigplanet 2 is the best game I think and Im so happy. I cant play LBP2 because there is a error in my files and is so hard make work de Littlebigplanet 2, I really love that game so much, thank u for everything ayee, you are the best Littlebigplanet player who makes youtube content. I really love you. (Sorry if I said something bad, I dont have perfect english beacuse Im from Spain and... Yeah, sorry :') )
This is an awesome game, been playing awhile. I love the this. So much nostalgia. good one. I love how you're games. even if they're hard sometimes. Your authenticity is refreshing. Keep keeping it real. Great game. Your play throughout the game is absolutely engaging. It adds so much fun. The gameplay really good. Can't wait to see how you'll tackle the next level. Keep those gameplays coming!
This game is my childhood just seeing the small things brought back huge memories of playing with friends and playing classic community levels like angry whale encounter, i wish lbp3 didnt have such a bad multiplayer tbh that to me was the main part of the game.
Man I wish I could go back and relive the best years of my life playing this game and more on my old PS3. I also love how one of the themes in LBP2 is the evolution of technology. Larry’s levels are obviously renaissance flying machines and such, Victoria’s levels are 1800s steampunk, Clive’s level’s are 1950’s American and Russian propaganda factories, Avalon’s is the future of what many people hope tech will be like and i like to think of eve’s levels as “Solar punk”, where technology and nature coexist in harmony.
They way id used to go in the creative world and have fun for literally long hours of the day. There was a few times I was embarrassed because id laufh so hard and actually pee myself and not tell anyone. Ahh such simpler and better times. And the mortal kombat online levels, ahhhhhh
man, I remember seeing sackboy everywhere bc this game was so popular as a kid. I really wanted to get into the series but I couldn't afford a PS3 at the time. I would def play it if I could tho.
28:30 I remember being stuck here for maybe 30 minutes, not because it's hard or something... just to listening to the amazing background music I was so captivated 😢❤❤

I can only imagine the negativitron attacked the world of the original little big planet causing the previous characters to live without a world causing some type of sadness, sorrow & insanity

Gosh, I remember playing this so much when I was younger, about 7-8. I remember playing with my sister on the community levels, especially the Titanic recreation level. The story was amazing, and I think back to it at least once a month. The first half of the "Negativatron Incoming" scene is akin to the fixing Woody scene from Toy Story two, this game was it back then I'm tellin' ya.
Re-living LBP2s campaign (on the day I write this) makes me wish they bundled the vanilla and DLC content of all three games into one single game and shipped it to PS4&5 along with PC.
This is my most favourite lbp game in the series, specially story wise but just going into creative in a sandy background with just 3 layers and doing random stuff were the good days. I still play the third game however to this day but sadly without a ps3 now I can't play this one masterpiece of a game
you can play LBP2 in LBP3 but the cutscenes cut out while the characters are talking and in Invasion of the Body Invaders you cant collect any bubbles so I wouldnt reccomend it
I hadn't played Little big planet 3 in 5 years! I picked it up again and reloaded it on my ps4 and beat the story within 2 weeks... and I got to say.. that was.. an experience.. it... existed. However, This video wants me to go back and try to beat LBP2 (yeah I havent actually beat all LBP games) Because unlike LBP3, I used to play this game CONSTANTLY as a kid... this game has nostalgia, and what seems to be an amazing story! I'm going back boi.
I remember playing lbp 1 and 2 with my cousin, we used to get angry at each other when someone got ahead or behind. We would play jeff the killer games and shark survival after we finished school. I would give away everything just to get a day even an hour to play this game again.
I remember playing this game so much as a kid especially the story mode since I thankfully got this game on a cd and I didn’t and still don’t have a PSN account I would play this game literally 24/7 it was amazing and spent hours on the moon trying to recreate my own Eve’s Asylum level cause it was my favorite area in the game but always felt like it was WAY too short and even looking back at the story it still holds up till this day I would also play this game with my cousin, sibling and best friend at the time but I would mostly play alone but I didn’t mind too much cause like I said I would spend hours on the moon attempting to create my own levels even though I knew I would never publish them This game really means a lot to me and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for this game and how it taught me to be creative and let my imagination run wild and even though I did miss out on the community and didn’t get to play with other players online which I’m still quite sad about I still love this game with my entire heart Thank you Media Molecule for creating this masterpiece❤️
