Cooking outside! Fried Chicken

Recipe time again. 😀 We rarely eat fried food. I might be crazy I know but I cannot stand the smell of grease in the house! Even bacon. It’s ok when cooking it but then the smell lingers “forever”. The humidity in the south does not help 🤣 So, when hubby asks for Fried Chicken it became an event 💕 I also prefer a creamier Macaroni & Cheese. However, I found this recipe (in comments) and it’s actually pretty good 😋. There is just something about cooking outside that makes me feel relaxed 💕.
