the best cabin crew in the world..but after mh370 and mh17 tragedy it will down the reputation of MAS..so sad...but i still choose MAS because they can serve halal food..but still serve alcohol..sorry to say....

Tbf, MAS right now doesn't belong to top 10 in the world, but definitely top 10 with the best cabin crew category, 99% MH crew I've encountered are legends. Thanks for watching :D

Hahaha - you look so young and she asked for your age - my fav lounge is CX The Pier - it newer than the bridge with beautiful decor and furnishings and my favourite is Live noodle bar - order to your needs. Fantastic service and quieter as it’s tucked away from the main terminal. Your review is once again fantastic making me want to fly CX once again and nice throne seat Jayden.
Love your reviews Jaydn...and the best seat for that take off roll!! Love the noise!! I have friends who live in Kuala Lumpur and have done 3 flights with Malaysia in recent times to see them and the highlight (or one of them) is the Satay!! They will often give you a second serve if you ask !! And a spoon to get the most of the sauce !! Could not agree more about the leg space when in bed mode. I am quite tall and found it very hard to sleep on my side....I found it better to only recline the seat about half way and it was far more comfortable!! Also with the "normal seats" on the window you can lower the right arm rest nest to the window which gives you even more room !! I have done 6 flights with them in Business Class and 4 of them were fantastic but on 2 flights the crew were keen to do what they had to do and then disappeared...there was no menu and the service was not good...but that's flying!! Well done mate and I await our next flight !!

Hi..I have noticed that you really love teh tarik & satay whenever you fly business class on MH. Honestly the satay served onboard Malaysia Airlines, is the best, not only in the air but compared to any outlets in KL.
A few years ago I flew Malaysia Airlines business class from Phnom Penh, then on to Denpasar. Alcohol was not served on either of these flights. Glad to see Malaysia Airlines has made improvements on their short haul product.

Nice video and awesome! actually, my favourite lounge in Hong Kong Airport is CX’s The Pier first&business class lounge. It is located near Gate 63. It is a peaceful place to relax! Hope to see your video more about CX and other airline companies
My favorite lounge in HK is actually the Qantas lounge. When I visited that lounge in March 2018 (video already up), the wonton noodles I had in there were even better than the ones in the CX lounge and even in the SQ lounge (upcoming video on SQ A350 economy class coming soon).
I sometimes flew their A330-300 to HK & Australia, food & service is ok, satay is too dried, food quality is just normal. You should try their business suits on A350 to Tokyo or London, its quite different from the A330 level.
My favourite lounge at HKG is Skyteam lounge. It's new and well decorated, with plenty of seats and power sockets, food choices are great, you can also order noodles. One disadvantage, the wifi is ultra-slow and unstable.
I travel around the world. For a three and a half hrs flight the service seems very good! I used to fly Malaysian airlines before it got into trouble. But I still miss the varieties of food in Malaysia.

One World Flyer I will definitely let you know , their is a Young lad I think called a student with wings on here who gave an honest opinion on maylasian airlines London to Kuala Lumpur. He didn’t enjoy it but got a lot of negative rude comments etc . You have to be honest otherwise there is no point doing reviews . I’m British and I know BA isn’t great lol
Brittenelle and Orion satay service available for lunch, dinner and supper service on flights above 3.5 hours And yes, satay is available in business suite and business class on flights to Japan Hope this helps and enjoy Malaysian Hospitality ;D
Hi Jayden. I did 4 flights on MA a while ago and really enjoyed their package. After MH370, there was no move to cut fares to attract passengers back so i didn't fly with them again. KL is my favourite airport probably cos it is people sized with courteous staff and not a soaring vainglorious monument of dubious architecture. Enjoyed your video as always...Please get a bluetooth headset so we can hear you better. :)
1. I don't know sorry, but judging from google photos, I don't think there is. Crew can probably install one though. 2. I don't remember the brand, but it was a wide angle lens, many smart phones have them nowadays so one less equipment for me :)
I like MH and it is very sad that this Airline finds itself at the apex of bankruptcy.Ive herd the airline is up for sale but with many conditions of sale number one being the name must stay. I have to agree the food on MH can be very hit and miss at the pointy end I too agree the chicken rendang is not that good. Im so glad Perth has one A330-200 flight a day on MH to and from KL. My favourite lounge at HKG is CX The Pier. My go-to place is the Tea Room, an oasis of peace and calm, with a pot of Jasmine Silver Needle tea. What I am doing exactly right now =)
When are you trying out Nasi Lemak for real? The satay on board is for sure one of the best (unless you compared to the stall on ground). Managed to get myself short flight from KL to Langkawi in MH BC all by myself once gotta finish those plus hot drink in that short flight (only 35 plus min of cursing time). Hahahahhaha. Funny that the crew teased you to take photo when the mains arrived. I supposed some people may feel offended from that lol. I guess typical Malaysian interaction (for sure you dont see that in JAL lol). Keep it up the good work as always :)

But the flight from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur is so short which is just only 4 hours, no one could be so rich that they can afford to take wide-body aircraft from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur even the flight is so short.

Approach into KUL can be very beautiful..either the KL city view (spot the twin towers down below), Putrajaya view, the seaside view of Port Dickson (spot the hibiscus shaped resort villa) and finally the green palm oil plantations
Good afternoon from the United States, Jayden. This is Guerry again, and thank-you for another flight review on Malaysia Airlines. I waited for a second flight review of yours on Malaysia Airlines before commenting, and unfortunately it is evident that the carrier for whatever reason has allowed its standards to slip when it comes to service. I am most happy about the flight crew still being as attentive as ever, but the accommodations for business class really lack the special esthetics that once had Malaysian Airlines flying high (pun intended) as it once did with its 5 star rating on Skytrax. For certain, please do not misconstrue what I say as a slap on the face to the company. I know businesses have to do what they have to do to remain economically viable, and I know the airline most probably wishes it had the assets to again make it the opulent experience it once provided its customers. You asked us to mention our favorite airport/airline business lounge, but unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of business lounges for a very long time. Nevertheless, based on what you showed in this video and in past videos, even lounges have let their standards slide. Especially years ago, when I had a lot of time to take advantage of airport lounges, they were incredibly much more opulent with more services available than what you have shown us. Not only was the furniture much better and more comfortable, but professional chiefs with their staffs were available all the hours the lounge was open. Maybe someday I’ll have the chance to detail my comparison between what was offered and what passengers now have. It is too bad you had such a short flight to enjoy your time in business class. Your review seems to indicate you were pleased and comfortable. I could tell that Hong Kong was experiencing an exceptionally hot and humid day when you departed. I thought the ground crewman was pretty smart by relaxing under the wing’s shadow until it was time to push the aircraft back. But the real telltale sign for the heat and humidity was the much longer takeoff run the aircraft made before becoming airborne. What I really thought was amusing was the guy who boarded in front of you and how he had to do hand to hand with his carryon luggage that he drug behind him. Well… I guess I have written you enough about this review, but I will leave you with a last thought. If you are ever able to taste some “Magnum” ice cream, by all means it is worth the price. It is absolutely primo and leaves Häagen-Dazs in the dust! I really wish there was a way I could adequately describe how much I appreciate the time and effort to provide your subscribers with the quality videos you post. But the best I can do is to give you a hearty thank-you, and as always, I look forward to next Thursday at noon Hong Kong time to view your next video .
Good evening from Singapore, Guerry :D You're totally right, there are some things that Malaysia Airlines could do to make the business class experience better, such as a thicker blanket, a larger and softer pillow and an actual noise cancelling headphone. For airport lounges, I think HK is actually improving! However, lounges in North America are very average. I was shocked that I had to pay for a la carte food items in American Airlines lounges. I hope you get to fly to HK or Australia one day to experience them! Global warming is certainly a thing in Hong Kong. I am lucky to be in Singapore this week. Hong Kong was record-breaking hot yesterday, the district I live was 37.8c (100f) yesterday, and body temperature was up to 52c (125f)!!! At home, we try to save energy as much as we can, but my sisters at home had to switch on the AC for the whole day which was very much needed of course. When I was in the Philippines, the baggage handlers were shirtless and it was very interesting to see! I love Magnum ice cream, whenever they're on offer in Australian supermarkets, I buy a tub of it and make ice-chocochino 👌🏻Airlines can do that too haha. Malaysian Airlines is meh..OK.. but nowhere near SIA, CX, etc. I've flown them several times but I struggle to recall anything about them. That tells me they are just average, because I recall other excellent flights like with Emirates with ease.

Indeed, MH is a fantastic airline with amazing people and I believe they can overcome the troubles.
The only reason I booked MH for this trip was because of the A330 instead of 737 for Perth haha

My favourite lounge at HKG is CX The Pier. My go-to place is the Tea Room, an oasis of peace and calm, with a pot of Jasmine Silver Needle tea. What I am doing exactly right now =)
I love the tea room too, I sometimes order a pot of tea with egg tarts 👌🏻

The satay on board is for sure one of the best (unless you compared to the stall on ground). Managed to get myself short flight from KL to Langkawi in MH BC all by myself once gotta finish those plus hot drink in that short flight (only 35 plus min of cursing time). Hahahahhaha.
Funny that the crew teased you to take photo when the mains arrived. I supposed some people may feel offended from that lol. I guess typical Malaysian interaction (for sure you dont see that in JAL lol).

Why is a wide-body commercial jetliner necessary in such a short flight from hong kong to Kuala Lumpur?
it's about how full it can get not the size of the jet. There might be a double decker bus within a city but only a single deck for cross country
But the flight from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur is so short which is just only 4 hours, no one could be so rich that they can afford to take wide-body aircraft from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur even the flight is so short.

Good afternoon from the United States, Jayden. This is Guerry again, and thank-you for another flight review on Malaysia Airlines. I waited for a second flight review of yours on Malaysia Airlines before commenting, and unfortunately it is evident that the carrier for whatever reason has allowed its standards to slip when it comes to service. I am most happy about the flight crew still being as attentive as ever, but the accommodations for business class really lack the special esthetics that once had Malaysian Airlines flying high (pun intended) as it once did with its 5 star rating on Skytrax. For certain, please do not misconstrue what I say as a slap on the face to the company. I know businesses have to do what they have to do to remain economically viable, and I know the airline most probably wishes it had the assets to again make it the opulent experience it once provided its customers.
You asked us to mention our favorite airport/airline business lounge, but unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of business lounges for a very long time. Nevertheless, based on what you showed in this video and in past videos, even lounges have let their standards slide. Especially years ago, when I had a lot of time to take advantage of airport lounges, they were incredibly much more opulent with more services available than what you have shown us. Not only was the furniture much better and more comfortable, but professional chiefs with their staffs were available all the hours the lounge was open. Maybe someday I’ll have the chance to detail my comparison between what was offered and what passengers now have.
It is too bad you had such a short flight to enjoy your time in business class. Your review seems to indicate you were pleased and comfortable. I could tell that Hong Kong was experiencing an exceptionally hot and humid day when you departed. I thought the ground crewman was pretty smart by relaxing under the wing’s shadow until it was time to push the aircraft back. But the real telltale sign for the heat and humidity was the much longer takeoff run the aircraft made before becoming airborne. What I really thought was amusing was the guy who boarded in front of you and how he had to do hand to hand with his carryon luggage that he drug behind him.
Well… I guess I have written you enough about this review, but I will leave you with a last thought. If you are ever able to taste some “Magnum” ice cream, by all means it is worth the price. It is absolutely primo and leaves Häagen-Dazs in the dust!
I really wish there was a way I could adequately describe how much I appreciate the time and effort to provide your subscribers with the quality videos you post. But the best I can do is to give you a hearty thank-you, and as always, I look forward to next Thursday at noon Hong Kong time to view your next video

You're totally right, there are some things that Malaysia Airlines could do to make the business class experience better, such as a thicker blanket, a larger and softer pillow and an actual noise cancelling headphone.
For airport lounges, I think HK is actually improving! However, lounges in North America are very average. I was shocked that I had to pay for a la carte food items in American Airlines lounges. I hope you get to fly to HK or Australia one day to experience them!
Global warming is certainly a thing in Hong Kong. I am lucky to be in Singapore this week. Hong Kong was record-breaking hot yesterday, the district I live was 37.8c (100f) yesterday, and body temperature was up to 52c (125f)!!! At home, we try to save energy as much as we can, but my sisters at home had to switch on the AC for the whole day which was very much needed of course. When I was in the Philippines, the baggage handlers were shirtless and it was very interesting to see!
I love Magnum ice cream, whenever they're on offer in Australian supermarkets, I buy a tub of it and make ice-chocochino 👌🏻Airlines can do that too haha.

Malaysian Airlines is meh..OK.. but nowhere near SIA, CX, etc. I've flown them several times but I struggle to recall anything about them. That tells me they are just average, because I recall other excellent flights like with Emirates with ease.
