In the post-war years, work on wheeled heavy armored vehicles continued in Britain. One ambitious project was called Concept 5 Future Tank Design. Essentially, it was a tank on wheels. Such vehicles were intended for specific theaters of war, where wheeled vehicles had an advantage, such as rocky deserts. As armament, it had a 105 mm gun, which allowed it to fight against medium tanks of that period. The project never made it past the concept stage due to the decision to develop main battle tanks and tracked vehicles.

This dudes indecision and passive play almost cost them the game. He plays like a TD, sniping from the back and using his team so he doesn’t scratch his paint. I don’t like players like this, regardless of their stats. Get involved. And that’s just the first half, he aims like a potato but RNG just blesses him with the dumbest successes

I watched the video in slow mode to confirm and I would appreciate it if you could explain this to me. The bullet you fired passes through the building and damages the enemy tank.

It's server ping compensation. It's where the server calculates the difference in ping amongst the players and compensates the time (milliseconds) of where the shots should have been as if both players had the same exact ping.
In this instance, from the FVs point of view, the Concept actually did shoot between the buildings but looked weird from the Concepts point of view.
