A Hong Kong JDM Car Culture Short Film featuring HKMTG’S Honda Civic Dc2 Integra, Honda Civic EK9 Type R
Possibly one of the craziest car shoot ever done in Hong Kong!
Midnight Chassis is originally planned as a film which showcases the lifestyle/casual night for JDM drivers - HKMTGIRLS. No matter how difficult and stuggling each other's life currently is, the JDM spirits always lift each others up and put a smile on each other's faces. Everyone's simple love towards JDM cars unites different people across the city into this JDM family. No matter what their background is, who you are, to them JDM family will always be home!
HKMTG, founded by KatyChan (EK9 Driver of this Short Film), is the first group of Manual Transmission Car for Girls in Hong Kong. Aiming to group all the Manual Transmission Car Girls, showing that cars especially with manual transmissions are not only for men, which In contrary to what most people think.

Hello there! Nicely done Vid! But I want to ask another thing. Kinda releated. Do you remember "road block" scene in Jackie Chan's "Thunderbolt" when "Car King" walks in and sends all modified cars "on tow"?
Does tunning thing still as strict in HK as back then?
Theres not much info about HK tuning scene. Only thing I know for years is that any tunning is forbidden by law...
