No it does NOT. Peep was an extremely talented lyricist. Embarrassing to even compare this amateur work to his caliber of expertise. Gustav was a professional artist. This is generic hyper glorified depression pop music. Gus didn't fluctuate his voice like that EVER. Not one single song. He couldn't do that. I hate this and will never support this AI music. I understand we miss him, but let this young man rest !

I find it hard to believe he couldn't actually fluctuate his voice the way this cover does.
But that's the sad truth of these covers as beautiful as they may seem.
It's just not very realistic unfortunately.
As much talent as he had.

Went to one of his live performances not long after a week of signing w goth boy clique, it was a small venue in the Bay Area, and i had so much as a 14 year old, he scarily sounds so accurate on this song like he was performing live. It's just slightly off but honestly with a little more mumbling it wouldn't even me noticable. This is so beautiful and it kinda reminds me of how clear his voice was back with feelz before he started sounding hazed each recording sesh. Absolutely love this though and miss him dearly, well done

When I was a junior in high-school I met this girl who lived 45 minutes away from me. I introduced her to peep in early 2019. We would take turns every time I drove to see her we’d play unheard peep songs to eachother and surprise eachother. She dumped me March of 2020 and I haven’t seen or heard from her again. I hope she’s doing well. I still think about her from time to time wondering what she’s up to and how she’s been. She’ll always have a piece of my heart no matter how many other girls I’ve dated and been with.
