Are you familiar with the Karate Kata called Tekki Shodan, some styles call it Naihanchi Shodan? I see a LOT of applications from that kata in what you’re doing. It’s great to see!
Yeah, they didn't cover what to do with walls back in traditional martial-arts, like what I studied. You mentioned corners (concave & convex)? Nice! That would be nice to see!
Why are the hands placed on top of each other in the pensador and ram attack positions? (Most other martial arts teach to cover/shield/block with the hands/fists separated.
They usually go for a grapple, knee, or leg trip/judo throw etc. in UFC. The UFC cage walls are not solid they are netting also. Walls/fences etc. are real-world surfaces.
Imagine doing those movement against a cage on a bare back. Plus at the start of the video, he mentioned that you will be using those techniques when you ar pinned against a car or wall. a different surface than an MMA cage.
Great training

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but why don't I see these techniques in the UFC when a fighter is against the cage?
