Meet Jyotika, co-founder and partner at z21 Ventures, community builder and a mom. A strong believer in the power of communities to create value and drive change, she first hand saw how a powerful ecosystem can be a catalyst for growth.
Graduating from IIT Kharagpur and then ISB, her networks have helped her tremendously in landing her first job, pathfinding the next career move and making her feel more settled as she moved continents and countries seven years back. This was the impetus behind z21 ventures, wherein her team wanted to create an ecosystem of experts and operators to help purposeful founders build exceptional companies.
Outside work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her two and a half year old daughter.
