The ring for the clear parts will double as a base when you are finished. You can use spare plastic rods or one of the included rods that holds the clear part. It even looks like a map compass diagram when laid down which adds to the Military theme.
@@VenlyssPnorr I'll be going for aftermarket or spares decals for the couple of Eduard kits I've got in the stash - I can't see that it's worth the 50:50 risk after putting so much effort into building and painting a model.
I am not into small scale kits so this 1/72 is no interest to me. I would love a 1/32 of this aircraft, love the scheme. If the rumour is true that Eduard are returning to 1/32 scale I hope they produce this one.
@@crs9796 LOL. Seriously I won’t touch 1/72, far too small. Even 1/48 are a bit small for me. 1/32 gives far more scope and realism with some of the best kits available on this scale.

I notice that Eduard have still included all the different parts for the lo-back Mk.IX/XVI in the box, plenty of bits for the spares box.
With all those spare or unused parts you could make a lot of thingies or what if's maybe use some other over-run sprues or Airfix models
The Tamiya 1/32 kit would be a similar sized box......
Looks a lovely kit, but I understand Eduard decals are a bit of a challenge.
I've got the Eduard FW 190 A-8. The box is just as huge
Looks like a fun kit!
Looking forward to seeing whether these are the newer style decals that are causing so much fuss.
They're interesting, that's for sure. If you can get them to co-operate the results are really good though.
