Mr. Rumi's father's court's verdict was correct according to law.If you were, then, permitted to buy $ out of your 'white money', and send them abroad legally,then how can it be illegal.A judge is not a social reformer. He must follow the law.Then, the govt of the day did not challenge the verdict.So, when the verdict was challenged much later,the matter had already been time barred. And that is exactly what Justices Isa and Mandokhel (if I have the name right) observed when the case was put up for review before them.That the matter was time barred.They did not comment on the verdict.They did not say that the verdict was incorrect or incorrect.The matter was just time barred. Mr.Shabbar Zaidi deliberately played dirty in his reply.He came prepared to insult Mr Rumi,and to take a swipe at Justice Isa.
All these Judge’s are same nobody cares. Example inheritance case is the simplest, they have to follow in way of Quran and Hadith, but sad it takes years 😢
