My feltyrosa deck got quite a big boost, since now the percentage of hitting ghost on drive checks are considerably higher, my G3 and G4 turns are much more threatening than before (I can also reliably put a feltyrosa G3 into soul on my turn 3 when running 3 Orthud+3 Betina+4 OG felty [mostly for attacks and soul charge target]) to activate +10K on front row ghost 2. My Bastion got a slight boost on his ride line, with grade 1 rideline skill (reveal 2 grade 3 to top deck call a grade 3) there is more chance to call a grade 3 than trigger. 3. My Astroea absolutely got the worst hit possible, finding crit is already hard enough, now there is risk of not finding enough Masque pieces even going second on grade 3 turn. 4. My Fortia, Minerva and Bavsargra benefit slightly for more room on cards, their overall game plan aren't affected. PS: With the insane deck filtering. top-deck call and searches, I would argue Youth benefit slightly from the change, now we can put more threatening reaguards that previously has no space, one copy of Zest in case it went to damage zone (it happened before though XD] and Enucleate Angel in case opponent tries to damage deny us.
I feel like it’s a good change because every time I built a deck in standard regardless if it was a meta or not always felt like I had to give up cards to play optimally or I didn’t have room for cards I wanted to play more of.
Yeah 16 Triggers 4 cards for ride line 4 cards sentinels 3 cards for Persona You're actually left with 23 cards 1 of which has to be a regalis piece which really 99% of the time is just the newest one. The rule change helps so much
Fun fact I worked out about Orfist, it's not a good deck it doesn't synergise at all and it fact it works against itself the only reason it tops is because it just brute forces it's way to being good with pure power. The actual deck design of Orfist Masque is arguably the worst in the entire game and I'm including Cope Francis. Orfist Masque by definition is terrible it just somehow barrels through it with how good of a mechanic shadow armies are. and yeah the change does not help it not at all.
Anything that use "something that used up RG slot in the deck" getting huge boost; Ultimately if they have searcher in their deck For example Bavsargra, and Luticia (luticia can bring 10 cursed play now) and they both got good searcher
I dont get how the 50 card deck is good for less viable decks. With it the alreqdy strongest decks shiranui and luards weaknesses are reduced while rogue decks like you said heroes became weaker. If you compare draj and lianorn who were already strong before the rule change in comparison to orfist didnt they just buff the alrewdy meta cards while giving rogue decks less ability to fight back.
For Masque part, I feel only roughly half affected by the change tbh with Brandt gate Masque being the most affected. I have been using Omina in 54 cards format in tournament for a few weeks now and I have to say it feels a lot better to play in this format thanks to Prospector and ability to run full set of it without touching older cards in the built Still a Great vid nonetheless tho👍

I thought I was just feeling things, since Feltyrosa feels a bit better to pilot nowadays. She just got "more" fun than before too.

I think it’s a good change overall. But right now it sucks for me because my main decks got nerfed from it (Orfist, Youth)
