Sairam,
The land/Bhoomi does not have any doshas. The doshas are within us. The results of good and bad deeds of a person make him/her enjoy or suffer in the life.
Varaha Purana mentions the creation and explains the initial existance on the earth.
Muhurta Maartanda mentions the types and quality of soil, characteristics of the land and its sustainability for constuction.
Tantra:
- Dig 1 and half feet length, 1 and half feet breadth, 1 and half feet depth.
- Take out soil and keep aside.
- Again, fill the soil back in the hole.
- If the dug soil is left after closing the hole flat, then this shows that the land is suitable for constructing house.
- Soil test process:
1. If no soil is left after filling back the hole, then the land is not so good to construct house. That means, the house will not last for generations.
2. If the soil is short to fill the hole, then the land is not suitable to construct the house and indicates loss and failures after construction.
3. Do puja to the land (that satisfies first condition) before constuction by chanting the below mantra:
OM DHARAADEVIYAI NAMAHA
OM VARAAHA SWAAMIYE NAMAHA
- Start construction after doing puja.
