- Опубліковано 22 гру 2009
- ~Only a junior in 2009, Jarvis Landry faced double and triple team coverage on a weekly basis but still finished the season with 80 catches, 1,406 and 101 yards rec & rushing, 17+ touchdowns
~Has been either recruited or offered by most of the top prestigious schools in the nation
~Blocks like a younger version of Hines Ward, Agility of a young Reggie Bush
~Explosive threat after the catch ... Elusive in the open field and has elite agility ... Excellent return man with punts and kicks..... Versatile on WR screens and reverses ... Does not drop easy passes ... Circus catch ability ... Attacks the football ... Times jump balls well and catches ball at the highest point possible...Physical at the line of scrimmage to beat press man coverage and at the goal line ... Gives tremendous effort as a blocker ... - Спорт
yo man your really good we will definitely be watching you on sundays.
What I see in this video is that Landry does not always seek out the sideline like many at the high school level.
The other thing I like about him is his level of physical dexterity. He does not leave his feet easily, & has ridiculous sense of balance for a kid of his size. His coordination for his age is unheard of. He catches the ball at its highest point, he catches with his hands, & his timing is good, as well.
I'm also impressed with his downfield blocking (important at the next level).
This young man is Sick!!! Dam!!
THE BEAST
YEAH!!! Committed to LSU. When I saw the question about who he models himself after, the first thing I could think of is Andre Johnson.
I mean toughness, great hands, the ability to make circus catches and if he keeps up that blocking, he'll resemble Hines Ward in a bit.
Awesome pickup for LSU , Another great in our future, hope nothing comes up after this bar fight where he is in trouble. Oh, and after watching these highlights I believe I could have drawn up better defense to stop him than some of these coaches, Wide reciever screen seems to be their favorite play lol only kidding =)
1:10 cant believe they called that block in the back, dude turned his back to the blocker
Monster
and LSU continues to bring in quality receivers. GEAUX TIGERS!
ill deff see his kid on sundays
@kschuler5 1st is run this town instrumental
@Dahook21 dry field and you kno yall couldnt handle lutcher high...its hard for a school to move up in class and do wat they did
What are the songs in the vid?
Watch future LSU signee Ronnie Feist from West St. John High School 1991,1992,1993,2007 state runner up, 1998, 2003, 2004 state champions, n home of Tyson Jackson (3rd overall pick of 2009 draft), Quinn Johnson (starting fullback in 2011 Super Bowl for Green Bay Packers), n Patrick Jackson (holds all of Louisiana high school rushing records wit over 3000 yards n 58 touchdowns)
@Dahook21 ok i do play football, and i am an o-lineman, and i play for lutcher. i was a starter my junior season and got hurt ma senior year. all year lutcher has played bigger teams than them, but have always come out victorious. im not puttin down nevilles d-line cuz they were really good, but the rain helped them against lutcher.
@joshmarydingo hey josh dahook21 was that short ass safety that got hurt by jarvis i think?
2 people got mossed last season by this dude..
all of jarvis landry's videos have over 30,000 views
Jarvis Landry = Steve Smith
neville had the better TEAM beacuse they can play through all types of weather. but i do believe lutcher is the better team on a dry field. and it doesn matter if the o-line was small because lutcher runs alot of trickery that slows down the d-line and linebackers
his uniform looks like LSU
hehe that's my school lol
LSU commit loading up in 2011
He looks like a Dez Bryant clone
It seems like Jarvis was better in high school
Cause he's not going up against professional players?
+Zbcomics better in nfl to more consistent then match eachother when it comes to there hands but Jarvis seems more elusive in highlights he breaks tackles and always fights for yard kinda like Brandon Marshall but faster with less size
waitin for this kid to spaz on some unlucky defense.
Check this kid out named Caleb Strohmenger. QB/Athlete
*this
@FightOn4Evr you crazy farmar plays in a weak league and i simply cant find any highlights for this kid. he cant do what 80 does
rosie hes my cousin and trust me you cant run him over :/
@Dahook21 your guys go to college for baseball not football...
@FightOn4Evr
