One thing I like more about Insomniac's Spider-Man is the setting. Sure regular old New York isn't as unique as one covered in snow, but I feel like either going with no snow or full on winter wonderland with everything white. Miles Morales still seems great and I'm sure there are some far better looking moments than the ones you see in trailers and such. Plus, I must say: while the sequel doesn't have the best looking scenery imo, it does feel a lot more real and alive. I can just feel the temperature of the surrounding air just by looking at it all.
Dude they changed the model to make it when he is talking more in sync cause they changed everything in detail that the slightest things felt like idk something bad
A truly amazing experience that is lifted into the masterpiece realm for true Spidey fans. I hope it is the start of a MCU universe of games for us to enjoy.
Yes, but the graphical improvements are gigantic. It may be the same game, but it looks like the original and the remaster are ten years apart, graphically.

Personally if you asked me what the age of Peter's new face is, I'd say early 20s. For the old face I would have said mid 30s. Yes for next gen reasons, the only face model didn't match Yuri Lowenthal's (the voice actor) facial movements at a next gen standard, whereas the new face model does 👍

The first face seemed to be based on Andrew Garfield. Spider-Man 2018 probably went into development in 2014 or 2015. Amazing Spider-Man 2 came out in 2014. Back around this time they were planning to do Sinister Six and a bunch of other Spiderman tie-in movies with Andrew Garfield. Tom Holland is the new, much more successful, face of Spider-Man so I imagine they wanted the character to more resemble him. I don't get why people think he looks too young. He's supposed to be in his early 20s.
Watch the hair of Pete and MJ as the focus switches to the ambulance outside. You can tell it lowers definition until coming back into focus later lol. Not a complaint, just something I noticed
I'm surprised at how quickly 60fps was glossed over. Fidelity mode is pretty, sure, but it's easy to get lost in all of the chaos and forget that it's there. It's jarring to turn off performance mode, and it's not so easily ignored.
So now we are remastering 2 yr old games. Game developers need to really come up with unique ideas for NEW games. It'll never be like it was back in the 360 days.
Man, why didn't you give any time for the 60fps performance mode? Like a combat section or something. I thought the ray-tracing on PS5 would be great, but after seeing that it really only helps certain scenes I tried the 60fps performance mode and man, it's impossible for me to go back. The 60fps mode is so smooth and pleasant to play at. The combat, the swinging and the animations are so much better at 60fps. Definitely give it a try, maybe you'll agree with me. I actually just straight up don't want to play it at 30fps anymore.

this game is like a movie. The main story gameplay is basically like a giant quick time event super well camouflaged as a normal videogame. This is what people want though. This is what videogames have become

Honestly, I can see very little improved graphics, mostly its reflections. The only reason I would get this is 60fps.
I’ve just started playing through for the first time and it looks beautiful! The controller’s nothing to sneeze at either.

Playing Spiderman Remastered on my PC with reshade will be the equivalent of playing it on a PS6.
As a first time playstation owner. I'm finally enjoying this amazing remaster. Never played a spiderman game but this is a cool game.
If you have the means to do so, play Shattered Dimensions and Edge of Time. They aren't open world or anything, but they're really fun.
But why this remastered version not available in ps store? and why is it hard to get?
