I have one with the same engine,nice car,but oh boy if you tend to press the right pedal too much when you drive or you drive often on highways/motorways,the consumption skyrockets (and you will be always at the gas station,almost 7l/100km is a bit too much for this type of car),but i love that 4 cylinder at high revs
Sure a polo built around the same year might have a better interior but if you want a fun first car then this is your answer! Lovely little run around!
More power at lower rpms due to the higher/better torque over a bigger rpm-scale. But still remember it is neither a VW 1.4 or an Opel 1.4, so it is not "strong" in any way. ;)

I have a Citroen C3 mark 1, 1.4 73cv petrol engine and its average consumption is 8l/100km…

The Polo, the chassis doesn’t invite you to make curves, the steering doesn’t transmit anything... it’s a good boring car xD
fiesta at the end of the day is better, cheaper, better engine, funner to drive!
