So smart and charming Iga..."I'm patient and want to get some experience... " she said and won Paris one year later, hopefully just the first grand slam in a long row...
AN AMAZING GIRL AND AN AMAZING TENNIS PLAYER! WE ALL WISH HER GREAT CHAMPIONSHIPS! SHE IS ONLY 18 NOW AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE, FUTURE WILL SHOW HOW GREAT SHE IS!
Well, not “totally”. I just had my first impressions of Miss Świątek (I think, we owe her to spell her last name correctly), after Roland Garros 2020, I watched the excerpts of her last 4 RG matches. What I saw is: like Radwańska, she uses her brain on court (rare in women’s tennis), like Aga she has variety, like Aga, she doesn’t rely on sheer power, and she also has her moments of magic quite so often. Not a crafty magician, like Radwańska (who will be missed), but a much needed breath of fresh air in women’s tennis.

Hopefully NOT the next Radwanska, she has aggresive and solid game. With work and hard training, she can win Grand Slams. I liked Aga, but tennis needs Iga.
@@Usulovski Haha, I didn't, but obviously, she did what she needed to do, and... voila! Now she has to stay consistent, not letting every little thing bothers her, like Ostapenko. With good work and clear mind, she could go all the way to the top.
@@oaktreeb4894 Anyone who had Radwanska's career would have plenty to be proud of. It's only stat wankers who dismiss anything that isn't a slam. Also, Radwanska never had a COVID slam with top players out to compete in. She did have to endure the constant slowing of the courts and balls during her time though, which worked against her.
She plays totally different tennis from Radwanska. She is strong, very fast ,likes to attack from the very beginning and very soon she will be the top player of the world making tons of money. With Americanmknown coach and American top agent the sky is the limit. She is very talented and still very young. Her IQ is very high and she was born to play and win tennis.Good luck Iga.God bless you.
Ken, it is too soon to tell, as their tennis style is different; I expect Iga to win some WTA tournaments and perhaps GS, she is writting her history pages, on the other hand Aga's achievements are remarkable, 20 WTA titles, and several years in the top-10 beside Aga's tennis style is unique, very pleasent to watch. I prefer to avoid this comparison, let's wish Iga lots of success, healthy years and some championships.
I agree..she will be better than Radwanska as long as she works on her mentality, maybe a change of coaching staff would be a plus too... not now maybe, because it seems her coaches are doing a great job, but eventually to get to a higher level.
@@TennisAtlantic I don't believe in "fortune tellers". Swiatek's tennis is quite mediocre. She could be a good player, but now she's mediocre. You have to have a special feeling for her. There isn't another explanation
Radwanska was a classic pusher. Lazy, unfinished strokes, no pace, shitty serve, boring to watch and about as athletic as 60 year old postmenopausal woman.

Maja Chwalinska has same game style than Radwanska

Iga has the talent to be one of the greatest, if Aga had power, she would have been too.

Nothing against Aga but Iga has already passed her. French Open 2020
she's deffo the next champion
