Great video, always love seeing what these splits can choke down! Just curious, when you’re in transit headed to the transfer do you keep the divider positioned straight up and down, so that the two pack assist panels cover the hopper or do you do it differently? Excellent job once again!
It really depends. I'll have the chute straight up when going stop to stop if the need persists. But going from route to transfer station it doesn't really matter since the side door is closed. But that would also depend on how full the hopper is so then I'd just drop the crusher panel. So many ways to do it.
Good idea with the split system. One truck for 2 different bins.
It's a good idea.. but bad design. In the end, it all evens out!
Yes! God I can’t tell you enough have much I love these videos!
Glad you like them!
Nice Video! U got another sub. Sucks when the stuff from the recycling spills into the garbage compartment
Thank you !
Unfortunately it's a normal thing with this style of truck. However, in the end it all evens out.
Awesome video, I love these split bodies!
Me too!
00:9 i love how you can see the chute displacing itself lol
yea, a bolt came undone and they never bothered to fix it so it ended up getting worse and worse.

Does the divider panel run on hydraulics
Yep
Do you still drive this truck since you started with the labrie automizer split body
No. I think it's a spare now.
Did this truck have auto pack on
Yes, It's always on.
Doesn't help when you're dumping roughly 2 to 1 recycle to trash, volume wise haha
believe it or not... there's not that much recycle. only about 2-4 tons a day
