Nice video as always and you worked really hard on making this video. You are doing pretty good with your job and I am very proud of you for that. You rock buddy and you deserve the respect you need.
I'm assuming you mean the right side in the video? In this video the right side is the usual compartment for recycle on a normal day as it's the 60% side. But on certain weeks the 60 side is used for trash instead due to volume(as shown in this video) But yes you are correct , the 40 side packs out very fast when used for recycle. I checked the time links, 5:24 seems to have been an overlap... oops that's what happens when you're staring at 3 hours of video at 2am. 5:42 was a cul-de-sac with a median and landscapers blocking the road.. so had to back the truck around it which is not easy to do from the right side and not very much space to do so.
@@NashobaTrashTrucks makes sense on the space of the compartments. In some of your other videos it looks like the truck has the crusher bar that you can lower for both compartments and that seemed to be a big help for you crushing up boxes. Is this an older/newer truck - I see this truck only seems to have that piece on the side you used for recycling here.
the older videos are of a labrie expert.. which is a different truck. this truck is a labrie automizer, very different. recycling in general sucks in split body trucks no matter what kind of body you use. i am forever fighting cardboard either way. but i do miss the dual crusher panels of the old truck.
I agree with you his videos are pretty cool and he worked really hard on this video so the special thing that I am going to give him is I will give him a like on this video.
i'll be honest... it works pretty well. it's annoying not having a crusher panel on both sides.. but depending on how i'm running the truck... (usually trash on 40 recycle on 60) the side without a crusher panel crushes it very well with the divider panel. the truck surprises me sometimes...
Do side labrie loaders like labrie automizer have side doors to clean out the truck and if they do then do companies dump the materials they clean them out into a dumpster or into a bin
The automizer has a "trough-like" trap to clean out.. It's high enough that it can just be dumped into a cart. The experts are low to the ground and most drivers dump it in the building that they're dumping into.
Does the space behind the crusher panel have to be manually emptied of recyclables and trash that get stuck in it? I don't see anything that would indicate it gets automatically dumped into either side.
Yes I do. But one of the good things about this body is it pushes material pretty well. Like butter. My old truck (labrie expert) had a bit of a ramp in the hopper which held on leaving a chunk of material in the body after dumping
Great cam angles and a nice LONG video which is wonderful! Thank you so much for the great footage and for posting!
In this video there was a lot of recycling being collected.
Amazing video! 🤩 watched till, the end it was cool when the can got crushed by the EMERGENCY crusher.
which can got crushed? the one at 14:00 was pulled out before it was crushed.

Thank you for the feedback. I really appreciate the kind words. But hard work? not really.. just a camera and a trash truck :D
@@NashobaTrashTrucks you are a very awesome person and you do rock
The right side looks way much better for recycling, but I'm guessing it packs out faster. 5:24 & 5:42 was very interesting, lol.

Awsome job as always. There seems to be a lot of recycle this time
Thank you!
Yes, the days that i usually record are definitely heavy recycle loads
@@NashobaTrashTrucks np yea that’s what I was saying
I agree with you
Awesome video that panel to open the section of that hopper works better than the little ass panel on the recycle side too crush shit lmaooo

@@NashobaTrashTrucks yeah I totally agree plus the recycling fits better in the 60

@@NashobaTrashTrucks thx for the answer
for the labrie automizer Do you dump the waste in the trap in the building your dumping in like the labrie expert or in a cart at the yard
I've noticed a lot of beer and soda cans/bottles being dumped in the recycling. Does your state have a bottle and can return/refund?
They do. But most people don't participate in that.. which is kind of stupid since they get a deposit back.
Does the space behind the crusher panel have to be manually emptied of recyclables and trash that get stuck in it? I don't see anything that would indicate it gets automatically dumped into either side.
Yes it's done manually. Usually cleaned out daily.
Is this a dump out body or full eject
Dump out.... gravity is my friend.
@@NashobaTrashTrucks rip that kinda sucks tbh but I’m sure you still use the packer to help a little bit just to make sure you get everything

Five cent deposit on bottles and cans? No thanks. Just give it to the State of Massachusetts
What stand do you use?
What do you mean stand?
He mean like something to keep your camera tight so it won't fall in the hopper
ah ok, right now i use the gripper clamp and a pivot clip that i either attach to a bungee cord or try to clamp onto a grab bar
what do you do at 14:00
Gotta pull it out. Those particular carts are owned by the town.
14:03a great moment!27:41 disgusting 🤮🤮🤮
