Prospect fatigue is a very real thing. This happens every year when someone is a consensus top prospect for too long. Like when “ooh Zach Wilson actually is better than Trevor Lawrence” or last year in the NBA when “maybe Scoot Henderson is a better pick than Wembanyama”. It’s Marvin Harrison Jr. Don’t overthink it
it was scoot vs miller, wemby had always been the consensus #1 and this isn't even close to a similar situation wemby was a much better prospect than mhj and nabers has been a highly touted prospect for a long time as well

Bro I'm glad that Malik Nabers is getting this hype because he's my favorite college players but he is not as good as MHJ although he is comparable. (He still way better than Odunze and those clowns who have him behind Odunze are a little special).

I can see 2 major knocks on Nabers, and this one falls on him to rise above them.
One problem with Nabers is his technique, which hampers his explosiveness when it comes to beating defensive backs to get to the ball. Unlike in college, defensive backs are more physical with contact, and this will be an issue with Nabers, who favors leading with his shoulder. A good receivers coach can help remedy this, but that is only if he goes to team with one.
The other is LSU's reputation, so the pressure will be on Nabers to be an immediate impact player like fellow LSU wideout alumni (Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson are the most recent ones). I am not denying Nabers' abilities, I think he is starting caliber talent, but if the offensive scheme does not cater to his potential, people will sour on him quickly, since everyone is so quick to judge and overreact these days. Confidence will be the skill that determines how long of a career Nabers will have in the NFL, cause I can tell you Harrison Jr has confidence in spades, hence why he is projected to be the first WR off the board.
I’m standing in the MHJ corner, but it’s not a stretch to think Nabers will be the better pro. I think he’s not closed to a finished product which is scary considering his skills.

@@SidBowden-cw2nw well he has the most 100 yard games by an OSU receiver all time lol, also your comparing the Heisman winning QB to a QB who is now at a low level power 5 school, when you look at when he was healthy while Stroud was his QB he was more consistent. Just watch his highlights and you will see how special he is, he really has no major flaw and can make some crazy catches
