Did you dip them in water after installation or did they look as they are fresh out of the package?
I didn’t dip them. They look great fresh out the package. You could always manipulate them if you want a more distressed look, but that will happen naturally over time.
@@hairmeroar6687 thanks. I also saw your comment where after a couple days they were trash. I have Freetress wavy. Never had faux locs before. Now that you have experienced those can you offer any additional advice before my install in a few days?👀
@@knowingnia3608 maybe try putting some leave in conditioner or detangler in a spray bottle mixed with water to soften them and hopefully they won’t snag so quickly.

Hair Me Roar oh wow....is it because they got frizzy?
Carla Carla yes. I figured they’d get fuzzy, but it was out of control how quickly they got that way. And became matted. Plus I was wrapping my roots with a scarf and putting the locs in a bonnet at night so they speed that they fuzzed you was disappointing.
